• Construction and equipment of new building of Zimovye Medical and Social Institution for 150 places and MSU in Bozanbai settlement of Ulan district.

• Construction and opening of Rehabilitation Center for Children with Disordered Locomotor Apparatus in Semey city. This center will have 300 beds-places. Estimated costs will make up over KZT 1,5 billion, Сomplex Rehabilitation Center for Adult Invalids in Grekhovka village of Ziryan district. The center will have 250 beds-places. Estimated costs will make up KZT 1,2 billion.

• Creation in Ust-Kamenogorsk city of Preparation, Retraining and Professional Improvement Center for unemployed population of rural districts of the region.

• Creation at authorized employment agencies of Specialized Information Centres for rendering the population a complex of social services, providing solution to questions of employment and professional adaptation.
