Finance and budget changes and approvals – approved the revised cash flow budget which has been reconciled to date
with the bank, to include the additional sum for this years GH Additional PI cover
Power House colour. Angus and Nick visited the site to check on concern the colour was too light and not as ordered. The
building is quite a light colour as per planning consent and as ordered, the texture in the external wall finish looks as though it may be smooth when roughened had been requested. Most of
the visual impact will tone down once the timber clad switch and transformer room is added so concluded that no need to make any changes now.
Risk mitigation and approvals – None.
MCDC Issues – None.
