south of the town of Burton Upon Trent and immediately north of
Catton Park.
The development is a mile from the A38 dual carriageway at the
Barton Turn junction. This enables easy access to Derby and the
new A50 in the north and to Lichfield and Birmingham in the south.
Tamworth and Ashby are also within easy commuting distance.
