Barcellona has two main airports: El Prat de Llobregat Airport: Barcelona International Airport (also known as El Prat de Llobregat Aeropuerto or Aeroport de Barcelona) is the nearest and busiest airport to Barcelona city centre and is situated 13 KM South West of the city centre. The airport abbreviation is (BCN). This abbreviation is often referred to by online flight reservations services and will be most likely printed on your airline ticket. The airport has 2 terminals: Terminal 1 (abbreviated to T1) and Terminal 2 which has 3 separate buildings called T2A, T2B and T2C. It is highly recommended that you find out in advance of your trip what terminal you are flying from (or to) Either Terminal 1 (T1) or Terminal 2 (T2A, T2B or T2C).
