Poster 1 - You are beautiful

The colours that have been used are the original two colours white and red. The only shapes that have been used are rectangles for the tagline. This poster is a close up portrait photograph which is in black and white. The image is a women bandaged up with lines drawn on her face as a guideline for surgery. The text on the poster is telling you that you don’t need to change the way you look for your society to call you beautiful. The colours give a depressing thoughtful mood. The image links with the text by having a miserable women not being happy with herself. The message this poster is giving is be confident with who you are and not what surgery can make you in. This relates to society because everyone put each other down and this makes you want to be someone else instead of themselves.

Poster 2 - You can’t drag your money into the grave with you

This poster has the original colours of red and white. The shapes that have been used are rectangles and lines which are created to look like a margin for the tag lines. The texture of the colours are dull and the shading of the shoes give an old boring mood. The text changes the image by adding some colour to it also states a very serious message. The message of this poster is that everyone is equal when it comes to death and no matter how rich you are in this world “You can’t drag your money into the grave”. This relates to society by telling them that your wealth won’t mean anything once you have left the earth.

Poster 3 - We still lose when we win

This poster has a different style compare to the other posters. The colours that have been used are red, black and white.Instead of having the layout as a straight rectangle, the shape has rotated also the colour of the font is black. This is a portrait photograph in black and white. The mood of the poster is lively because of the different sizes of the shapes and different colours on the font. The image looks formal because it is in black and white also the person is in uniform. The text changes the moods image into an informal one plus it gives the image more colour. The message this poster is giving is referring to the war and saying even though we won the war, we have lost some of the soldier who have been fighting for our country. This relates to society as a way to sign up and help our country as we have lost some soldier during the war.
