1. MC CH

Qui trnh nhm nu ra mt cch tng qut cc bc thc hin m bo kim sot cc iu kin, thng s ca vt t, thit b trong qu trnh sa cha my ct relay k thut s G60.

4. Cu trc phn cng :

Cu trc phn cng ca relay G60 bao gm cc phn sau :

CPU module cha cc chng trnh, thut ton logic x l cc tn hiu vo v ra, thc hin cc chc nng bo v v iu khin.

Input element nhn cc tn hiu analog hoc digital t hin trng. Relay s tch v bin i cc tn hiu ny thnh cc tn hiu logic.

Output element bin i v tch cc tn hiu t relay thnh cc tn hiu analog hoc digital iu khin cc thit b hin trng.

6. Thay th module

Relay G60 c thit k cho php thay th cc module cng loi vi nhau.

Bc 1 : Tho bulong bn cnh phi ca relay.

Bc 2 : Di chuyn mt trc ca relay v pha bn tri nh hnh 3

Hnh 3 : Thay th moduleBc 4 : Ko cht ci bn cnh phi ln phia trn v ly module ra ngoi.

Bc 6 : Kim tra v gn module cng loi vo v tr thay th.

* Ch : + Module CPU c th c trang b cc kt ni 100base- T hoc 100base- FX , v vy phi tho cc kt ni ny trc khi ly module CPU ra ngoi.

+ Module CT/VT mi ch c s dng cho module CPU mi v cng loi. Module CT/VT c ch thch hp vi module CPU c. Nu c s khng khp gia module CPU v module CT/VT th relay s mt chc nng v s bo li DSP hoc HARDWARE MISMATCH trn mn hnh. 7. V tr u ni mt sau
