WINE CORKAGE FEEThe Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel and Suites will allow you to bring in your own wine for your function. You must however provide a Special Occasional Permit which is issued by the Liquor License Board of Ontario. No other license will be able to operate until wine is removed from banquet room. A fee of $15.00 per bottle will apply.

We follow smart serve guidelines - pour 1 oz drinks. Ontario Liquor regulations will not permit the sale of alcoholic beverages after 2:00 a.m. All entertainment should cease at that time in order that the function room may be vacated by 2:30 a.m.

MEETING ROOMS PRICE LIST

ROOM RENTAL / SET-UPFor rooms that require a second reset during the booked event, a set-up charge of 50% of the room rental will apply.

WI-FI ACCESSThe Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel & Suites is pleased to provide high-speed Internet access in all of our guest rooms. We also offer wireless high-speed connections in all meeting rooms and wireless connections in all public areas of the hotel.

AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENTIt is recommended that all Audio / Visual Equipment be ordered 48 hours prior to your function in order to fulfill your request. Any additional Audio/Visual Equipment that is ordered from an outside source will incur additional charges.

CATERING INFORMATIONMENU SELECTIONShould you require assistance with your menu selection please contact our catering office. Your final menu selection must be given 3 week prior to your function so that the items may be guarantee. All food and beverages must be supplied by the Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel & Suits. Additional food or beverages from outside the hotel is not permitted on the premises. All unconsumed food and beverages must not leave the premises and remains the property of the Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel & Suites. For speciality item inquiries, please contact our catering office for availability and prices.

GUARANTEEA guaranteed number of guests is required by noon 3 business days prior to function date. Guarantees for Sundays and Mondays must be given by noon on the previous Thursday. All charges will be based on the guaranteed or actual number of guests served which ever is greater. The hotel will set for approximately 5% above the guaranteed number. Should the number of guests attending the function differ greatly from the original number quoted, the Hotel reserves the right to provide an alternative function room best suited to the group’s size.

LIQUOR SERVICEOntario Liquor Law will not permit sale or service before 11:00 a.m. and after 1:00 a.m. All entertainment will cease at that time in order to clear the room by 1:30 a.m. Rooms not cleared by 1:30 a.m. will incur a labour charge. All beverage and bar services are to be provided by the Hotel. The Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel & Suites permits only Hotel bartending staff to serve liquor at all functions. A bartender fee of $25 per hour for a minimum of 5 hours will be added to all functions.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICYA deposit of $750.00 is required at time of booking for weddings and large functions. Deposits are refundable should the function be canceled 90 days prior to function date provided the room is resold. Three weeks prior to your function date, 95% of the estimated cost is required. If a function is cancelled 48 hours prior to the function date, a rental charge and 25% of the estimated food cost will apply.

PAYMENTSPayment is due upon completion of function unless prior written arrangements have been made through our catering office, or by credit card imprint. New commercial accounts must be set up through our catering office. Commercial accounts are due upon receipt of invoice.

PRICESAll prices are subject to charge without notice. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and gratuities. Price quotes are valid up to 30 days after inquiry. A setup charge will apply to every function.

STATUTORY HOLIDAYSAll prices are subject to an additional cost of $20.00 per guest per meal, a room rental charge applies, plus applicable taxes and gratuities. A bartender charge of $30.00 per hour, for a minimum of 4 hours, will apply to bars booked on a Statutory Holiday.

CATERING DELIVERY FEEA delivery charge will apply to off-site catering for drop off and pick up only.

SOCAN & RE: SOUND FEESSOCAN and Re:Sound fess will be applied to any function having either live or taped music.
