To make this image more eye-catching, I used the effect ‘auto contrast’ to make the colours more vivid, I also cropped out the actor using the lasso tool and added a background off Google images which I thought was appropriate for the genre of my magazine.

I also used ‘auto contrast’ on this image to make it brighter, and because this image was used for my front cover, I cropped out actor using the lasso tool and gave him a drop shadow.

I didn’t apply any effects on this image, as I thought the lighting made the image look professional.
Similar to my other images I increased the contrast of the image, and to make the artist seem like he has been in the music industry for a long time and is also a part of the indie genre, I made the image black and white.
