Step 1 Read the rubric to understand the requirements

•  Our group made banana bread

•  The original recipe fed about 10

•  We converted the recipe to feed about 20 (we multiplied the measurements by 2)

Converting the Recipe

Measuring the ingredients

We measured:

•  2/3 cup butter

•  2 cups of sugar

•  4 eggs

•  Then we blended them together

Mixing the dry ingredients

We measured:

•  3 1/2 cup flour

•  2 teaspoons baking soda

•  1 teaspoon baking powder

•  Then we blended them together and mixed with the butter mixture

Next the bananas

We added 2 cups of ripe bananas

Mixing it up!

We mixed the bananas and the dry mixture

Pour batter in pans

•  We divided the batter into 2 pans to get ready to bake

Get ready to bake!!!

•  We set the oven to 350 degrees

•  For 50 minutes

•  We put our 2 pans in the oven

Done!

All that is left is for you to taste!
