The Bale Transport Spike was especially designed for transporting unwrapped round bales.Thanks to the tine guard, the TDE is also applicable for road transport.

This transport spike was developed for transporting two unwrapped round bales or one square bale.Because of the tine guard the TDD is also applicable for road transport.

For transporting and stacking wrapped or unwrapped round bales.The hydraulically articulated fork pipes which are also rotatable thanks to integrated ball bearings guarantee that the work flow is extremely gentle and damage free.

Kit for conversion to bale transport spike.This kit ensures a quick and easy conversion from a transport fork into a transport spike (reinforced tines, diameter 42 mm, length 1.100 mm) which can also be used for transporting square bales.

Instead of being installed inside the pipes, the tines are screwed on separately. This ensures that the device is truly sturdy whether it is used as a transport fork or a transport spike.

RBGRound Bale Grab

For easiest loading and stacking of any kind of bales (silage, hay and straw). The round design ensures a unique gentle and smooth grip. The film can not be overstretched or get damaged because the pressure is distributed evenly. Another characteristic feature is the slim and short design which keeps the centre of gravity close to the front loader.

Additional Equipment:

Small-Bale Adapter. This device is screwed on the frame and is used for trans-porting small bales. (Diameters of 900 - 1.400 mm).

1. The unique shape of the gripper arms prevents damage of a bale stacked on top of another bale.

2. The swivel compensator ensures an especially gentle “adjustment” of the gripper arms. If the bale should not be clamped in its centre, the gripper arms can fit independent of each other to the bale, which prevents the bale from shifting while being picked up.

DTRDouble Transport Frame

The Double Transport Frame was designed to carry two Round Bale Transport Forks BTGME or BTGHA which can be mounted with only a few steps. On the right hand side, the transport fork is fixed. On the left hand side the transport fork is mounted on a hydraulic transport cart which is adjustable in height. The DTR can carry two round bales with a diameter of up to 1.600 mm at once.

Function Description

The transport fork which is mounted on the hydraulically adjustable transport cart is used to take up the first bale while the additional hyd-raulic system lifts the bale up to a height of up to 380 mm.

So the second bale can be loaded without depositing the first bale. This unique system ensures that the first bale does not get damaged because it is lifted up.

The Bale Transport Fork was designed for the gentle transport of wrapped round bales. The opening area can be adjusted mechanically in 50 mm steps by means of a quick-release fastener.

The round bale transport fork was designed for transporting and especially for tipping wrapped round bales. This allows a gentle bale transport and a gentle store on its face side.

Especially designed to transport and stack square bales. Of course the BTGQU can also be used for transporting round bales. The special design of the generous dimensioned and rounded gripper arms ensures that the bale is clamped gently and without any damage.

Function Description:

Because of the big opening area square bales up to 2.100 mm and round bales of up to 2.000 mm can be transported and stacked. The smallest opening area is 700 mm which allows to also clamp smaller bales without any difficulty.

The inclined arranged gripper arms ensure a safe grip and prevent an overexpansion or damage of the film.
