BALANCE
Balancing Products
Balance products are building blocks for your health. Balance products are about providing
your body and your mind with nutrition that creates the stability, steadiness, equilibrium
and strong footing on which you can build your life. Balance products are fundamental to
a life plan that includes wellness, healing, growth, and resilience.
For example, Solle Vital® is a key building block in the crescendo of health improvement
that the fundamental nutrients in Balance products bring about. Improved and more
accessible energy and wellness leads to further health caretaking and higher levels of
energy and wellness. Similarly, SolleFlexPI® is another building block in your health
improvement. SolleFlexPI® decreases inflammation and makes movement easier. Balance
products provide a foundation for creating ever-greater wellness for your mind and body.

Extract, Schizandra Extract, Astragalus Extract, Jiaogulan Extract, Ashwagandha
Extract, Rhodiola Extract.
Highlighted Ingredients: Three proprietary ingredient groups
A. Multiphyllin Prime® Chlorophyll blend
1. Chlorophyll is the pigment that gives plants their green color
2. Why is it called Prime Chlorophyll Blend?
Page 3
a. The four plants in this blend are considered the best sources of
chlorophyll.
b. Hence this blend is PRIME.
3. This blend of chlorophyll and chlorophyllin comes from herbs that are
among the highest in their amounts of chlorophyll.
4. Chlorophyll and Chlorophyllin difference:
a. Chlorophyllin is water soluble vs. Chlorophyll is fat soluble.
b. Chlorophyllin has copper salts vs. Chlorophyll which has
magnesium.
c. Chlorophyllin is made from chlorophyll.
B. Sativamin®
1. The plant minerals blend titled Sativamin® comes from herbs that are
among the highest of all herbs in terms of their concentration of
minerals.
2. Trace minerals are elements like zinc, copper, manganese, chromium,
etc. that are critical to body functioning. Trace minerals are used for
transporting oxygen to cells, growth and repair of tissue and bones,
formation of DNA, proteins, enzymes and maintenance of the nervous
system.
3. If the body requires less than 100 mgs of a mineral to function, the
needed mineral is called a trace mineral. There are many more needed
trace minerals than essential minerals (we need 7 essential minerals:
calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, potassium, chloride &
sulfur).
4. Minerals can be found in the soil (in rocks). These minerals are “taken
up” by plant roots and become part of the plant. As such they are
much smaller in size and far more bioavailable than rock based
minerals; smaller size means they are easier to break down in the
body. Plants also change the positively charged minerals found in
soil/rocks to a negative charge in the plant (through photosynthesis),
making them easier for the body to absorb.
5. Avena Sativa is one example.
a. Includes minerals: potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus,
manganese, iron, zinc and copper.
b. Includes both macro and trace minerals.
C. Adaptable® Mood Enabling Blend
Page 4
1. 6 different adaptogenic herbs make up this blend: Eleuthero
senticosus (commonly known as Siberian ginseng, a different plant
than American ginseng), Schizandra chinensis, Astragalus propinquus,
Jiogulan (Gynostemma pentaphyllum), Ashwagandha (Withania
somnifera) and Rhodiola rosea.
2. The synergy offered by this combination creates a tremendous mood
uplifting and stabilizing effect as well as enhanced body wellness.

inflammatory, anti-microbial and aids in wound healing.
a. Medically, St. John’s Wort ‘s reputation has suffered from biased
and poorly done studies. However, it is prescribed for depression
in Germany more than is Prozac.
Page 11
b. St. John’s Wort can interfere with some medications and when
used in conjuction with medications that raise serotonin levels,
there is a risk of too much serotonin (serotonin poisoning).
However, the amount of St. John’s Wort in Adaptable® is fairly
low, so these risks are minimized to some extent.
C. Ashwagandha
1. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen.
2. Ashwagandha is considered one of the most important Ayurvedic
herbs and is widely used for immune strength, hormone balancing,
mood, memory and energy.
