After finishing reading L8, we all know that the yellow ribbon is a way to show support for the person who has been away for a long time under a particularly different circumstances such as war or prison.

In fact, besides the yellow ribbon, there are still many colors of awareness ribbons in use today, and they are used as a way for the wearer to make a statement of support for a cause(理想 ) or issue(爭議 ).

The meaning behind the awareness ribbon depends on

its color.
