Classmates in Socio 10, first year! We didn't talk to each other 'cause I saw Diego as mayabang and he thought I was anti-social, despite me being the freshie me being the freshie batch rep.

5We talk with each other and make sure we try to resolve whatever problem we have by the end of the day. We're very open about our feelings and we believe in not keeping things from each other. Communication is key!

8If Diego was an object, he'd be a chocomallow because he seems hard on the outside but he's a real softie.

4According to Diego, the craziest thing he's done for me was attend Simbang Gabi at 4am in the morn-ing, considering he isn't a devout Catholic. I don't think I've done anything crazy for him...yet.We talk with each other and make sure we try

TALK! It really helps that your "special someone" understands you, what you're feeling, what you're going through. Girls and guys interpret things differently and minsan kapag 'di nagsalita, 'di nagka-kaintindihan so lumalala yung problema.

We study together and help each other with our subjects. 80% of our dates are study dates...kidding!

For those who haven't found "the one": 'Di naman kailangan magmadali. And 'di hi-nahanap ang "the one", dumadating nalang siya bigla sa buhay mo.

For those who are not yet making their moves: Don't be shy but wait for the right moment! Good timing means everything.

Nicole: We spend as much me as we can with each other. It’s good that we’re

classmates. We sit beside each other during class, so we get to bond and bug

each other. I think it’s fun to have him around cause when I’m stressed from

the discussion already, he would calm me down by cracking a joke or making

“pacute” and everything just becomes beer. MMav: She likes to study. So I thought, the only way for me to get to spend more

me with her is for me to like studying as well. HAHAHA! We give importance

to our acads, but whenever we have free me (kahit short lang like lunch break

or what) we find a way to hang out. Have lunch or study together i

n the library. Big thing na yun for us!

We talk a lot. I think it’s noceable when one of us is making “tampo” and so we ask each other what’s up and talk about how we feel. I think it helps a lot to talk about problems rather than just leave them hanging. We try to talk about it as soon as as we can and not sleep on it. It’s normal to have misunderstandings cause we might not have the same idea of things, but talking about it makes us understand each other and where we’re coming from.

ways. I think part of why I like him

is because we under-

stand each other, like we’re on the same radar. When

I got to know him beer, I saw how good of a person

he is, from the way he treats his fam

ily and friends.

Simple. You should always communicate with each other, and understand where both of you are coming from. Of course, not everyone is the same and there will always be things thbe things that you won’t agree on. What’s important is that you listen and try to find ways to meet halfway para in the end, both sides are happy.

We became classmates in Math 100. But we started hanging out only in our 99.1 class.

Well, it didn’t happen overnight. It took a while before we got established as

a couple. We started hanging out more oen, and going around BA and ev-

erywhere together. Eventually, people started nocing it also. Tapos si Sir

Florendo, during one of our 114.2 class, bigla na lang humirit na balita

niya couple daw kami! So dahil dun, lahat ng tao nalaman na.

And the rest is history.

Lau: Na-delay kasi ako when I went to Singapore for an exchange program so naging batchmate ko siya.tapos same set of friends lang kami. first impression ko sa kanya, friendly kasi laging naka-smile eh.hahaKatEu: Blockmates nung 3rd year. Snobbish! HAHA first memory ko sa kanya, sya yung nasunugan ng boarding house. Then groupmates rin sa Finance.

Lau: Nag-swimming yung barkada namin nung sem break tapos ayun na. HAHAHA

KatEu: Mid-November? Clingy kasi ako as a person so nakakatuwa na laging may available kasama maglunch.

Hindi dapat pini-pilit or minamadali yung love kasi so-brang worth it pag dumang Sa mga di pa gumagawa ng move, baka too late na pag gumalaw kayo kaya game na :)

Study together rin. Pero since different yung load, I let him study rin kapag kailangan nya. Supporve, understanding and ready to comfort lang lagi kasi stressful BAA and PEP life niya pa hindi lagi nasa side namin yung oras

Lau: it's normal to encounter some problems sa relaonship pero dapat you let your partner know kung ano yung problem para maayos.KKatEu: Anger management siguro. Kalma dapat pag nag-usap. It's hard to take back really hurul words once nasabi mo na. So beer to be ready to discuss your problem kapag naiisip mo na talaga point mo and ready ka na sa point nya. Be open and honest, kaya nga kayo nasa relaonship eh.

Lau: Pinag-uusapan lang namin para maayos agad:)KatEu: Very transparent yung relaonship namin, so sinasabi agad kung may off or ayaw, then irresolve na agad Minsan na-dadaan nya lang ako sa smile. Haha chos.

KatEu: Ako, small things lang. Waing for him l 10-12am twice a week na yung pinakasacrifice ko. Mas baliw sya. First monthsary namin, nagpa-spa kami, liblibre niya.

KatEu: Siguro every thing fell into place lang. Hindi naman mahirap mainlove kay Lau. Nung naging part na kami ng everyday ng isa't isa, dun na nagstart

Bryan: Actually, Kat waved at me during BA 99.1 class. I was a shy guy back then. we weren't introduced formally. but we became friends, we do not know when and how. we had the same route aer our econ 100.1. i just remember walking beside her, sharing under one umbrella since I have a class at PHAN while hers was in Palma Hall. First impressions, Kat says I am mayabang and presko. On the other hand, i thought she was very loud and friendly.

Bryan: We became an of- ficial couple on August 7, 2011. This was the day aer BACBACAN. Aer the game, I stayed at Kat's house. I was looking at her while she was rest ing with her eyes closed and I felt that it was the right moment. So I asked her and she said yes. By the way, this happened at 2am.

Bryan: Kat is a basketball. Playing basketball gives me a lot of joy and it a source of comfort for me, much like Katkat.

Kat: Bryan is a chocolate. Chocolate is my most favorite thing in the world. When I am super down, anything chocolatey could make me feel beer. Bryan doesn't only know how to make me laugh, he knows how to make me happy.

Bryan: I realized I like Kat during our Eng-lish 30 class (2nd year, 2nd sem). I realized that I love Katkat when given a choice be-tween going back to my ex-girlfriend or pursuing her, I chose Kat.

Kat: I didn't like him since I knew he has a girlfriend. I realized that I love him already when I almost lost him.:">

Bryan: I snuck out of our house around 2am just to drive her home. She came from midnight mercato and no one no one would fetch her. Wary that some-thing bad might happen, I fetched her. Yun nga lang pag-atras ko ng kotse ko sa bahay namin, nabangga ko yung kotse ng kapitba-hay namin. Up to now, di pa rin alam ng neighbor namin yung nangyari.haha.

Kat: When he was very mad at me, I de-cided to go to his house just to talk with him. I was at my friend's house because we were having a sleepover. When I was about to take the cab alone at around 1 am, my friends decided to take me to his house and supported me in saying sorry. 4

10 To those who haven't found "the one" — don't fret he/she is on his/her way. I believe that someone out there is really meant for you. Just enjoy being single, take the me to know yourself more and love yourself. When I was sll single and "waing" I was just saying to to myself that God is taking His me making the guy worthy for my love. I think God did a perfect job making Bryan perfect for me. To those who haven't made any move — what are you waing for? deep breaths... ap-proach her and tell her what you feel. do not think of out the outcome, just do it! no guts,no glory.

Bryan: As much as possible, di namin pinagtatagal mga away namin. Pinag-uusapan namin kaagad pero si Kat ang laging nanunuyo.hahaha.

We let our acads bring us closer. BAA life is very very tough and demanding so finding me for dang and gimiks could be hard. InInstead of dang, we study together at the Main Lib. We know, it is not as fun and excing as eang out and watching movies but it's good enough as long as we are together.

Communicaon is the key my friends. For girls, I suggest just be paent. Kunwari mag- kaaway kayo, hmm, don't say anything that you would regret aer-wards. Kapag nag-aaway na kayo, stay calm, think before you say anything. PaPawalain muna yung init ng ulo ni boyfriend before you guys talk about the problem. For guys, bawas-bawasan ang ego at pride. mahirap gawin yun for some pero kailangan talaga eh. para maging smoother at peaceful ang relasyon.
