Concept & Copy -The department comprises literati who have the magical power of transforming thoughts and expressions into words in an astounding way. Concept & Copy is responsible for the management of the entire copy of the brochure up to its finalization.

This team consists of individuals from whose sight no language error can ever escape, be it a petty grammatical mistake or a confusing sentence. Quality Assurance team is responsible for complete editing and proofreading coordina-tion of the brochure.

Graphics & Multimedia -The department has the world’s best design wizards with all the creativity needed to animate imagination and simulate reality. Graphics & Multimedia is responsible for the complete design and photography coordination of the brochure up to the publication’s closure level.

Organizational Planning & Resource -

The department re-engineers processes and develops new systems that exponentially enhance the organization’s efficiency. Organizational Planning & Resource is responsible for the entire process and system design for the brochure called X-CMS (Content Management System). X-CMS is respon-sible for the entire content management of the brochure ensuring the latest and most up-to-date content appears on the brochure and also on all other communication mediums.

Corporate Communications -Axact is an exponentially growing company and Corporate Communications manages every bit of related information and communication. The department is responsible for the production of this brochure.

What? The brochure starts with details about Axact’s units – the pillars on which Axact’s success stands. Then it has some interesting Quick Facts about Axact. Further, the “careers @ Axact” section gives you every single detail about our careers including remuneration package, benefits & facilities, career & growth opportunities, personal development opportunities, and enviable lifestyle.

When? The contents of this brochure already existed in other forms, but took their current brochure form in July 2007. The brochure is a half-yearly publication as its contents require a regular updating considering Axact’s fast multidimensional growth and continuous development in career opportunities.

Where? In print, this brochure can be found with every Axactian in addition to our library. All our corporate relations (e.g. vendors, customers etc), and applying candidates receive a free copy of the brochure’s latest issue. If you also want this brochure’s latest issue, we have made it available online at axact.com/brochure.

Why? Due to the internet’s limited prevalence in our society on a larger scale, an in-print publication was required that could keep the potential human resource abreast of the complete career opportunities offered by Axact. The brochure is also intended to inform the potential human resource that Axact doesn’t only offer IT-specific career opportunities, but also opportunities in many other domains.

How? This 1H is heavier than the above 5Ws, and more important too. This brochure is not a traditional publication at all! Growth is a major part of an Axactian's life. Taking this fact seriously, we built a unique ultramodern training facility that can accommodate up to 180 Axactians at a time. The training facility is equipped with multiple projection screens, projectors, and comfortable leather chairs, and a video conferenc-ing facility. Each student Axactian has their own compact desk as well as compact touch screen computer (tablet) to aid them in their learning.

The rows of seats are placed in descending order. In this way, the professor Axactian can see the face of each individual student Axactian. The room serves both international and local training classes.
