What does the research say?
A ten-year study, tracking more than 25,000 students, shows that regardless of socioeconomic background, students who are involved in music score higher not only on standardized tests, such as the SAT, but also on reading proficiency exams.
Dr. James Catterall, 1997 UCLA
What does the research say?
SAT scores of students who took part in music instruction surpassed students with no music training.
