GEOTECHNICAL SPECIALISTSAt Stalworth, we pride ourselves on the comprehensive understanding of geo-critical aspects of every deep foundation project we bid and build. Whether it is a “Plans and Specs” or a Design/Build project, we utilize our in-house engineering capabilities and draw on our historical resources to address the best possible solution for the site-specific requirements of every project.

We utilize a vast array of installation techniques based on the project’s environment, such as:

• Hydraulically pressed sheet piling when adjacent to vibration sensitive structures

• Low clearance equipment when near high voltage lines or other areas with height restrictions

• Pre-excavating with slurry trenches in boulder laden soils

• Drilling secant pile walls for deep excavations

• Installing micropiles to underpin a structure
