recently in the health care industry.Experienced in all areas of management with emphasis on business,sales and marketing aspects, product management, pricing andcompetitive strategy, profit margin improvement, building dealersnetwork, marcom, customer and application support etc.Strong and highly appreciated person, able to lead, train and motivatepeople, able to initiate, cope and adjust with change; drive, developand exploit business opportunities. Proven ability to connect complextechnologies and market needs into a successful and selling product.Mr. Biran studied Economics & International Relations, HebrewUniversity of Jerusalem. Before becoming a consultant - was the Director of Business Developmentat Orbotech - exploring opportunities in Healthcare Instrumentationmarkets - initiating and participating in several M&A processes.

Mr. Dollberg studied toward M.Sc. In EE and MBA.
