Real world is practical not theoretical .Students faces practical challenges/problems for which they are not prepared.

Change the marks weightage

Practical learning exposure should be

given to school children .

More school must be open so that teachers can give more attention to students

Teacher salary should be increased so that

more educated people also involve in teaching profession.

School should have tie-ups with nearby engineering

collage and Engineering collage should have tie-up with industry.

Multi level implementation:

To counter the problem of unemployment in Indian youth, we have to implement the changes at various levels of the youth development because we cant simply change a single part and expect considerable changes in their employability.

SCHOOL:

In India pupils are made to stress only upon the theoretical knowledge and the practical application of that knowledge is completely ignored.

The main disadvantage of this practice is that the approach of the students becomes irrational and they make, their ability to solve a problem efficiently , blunt.

Socially relatable projects must be included in their curriculum, to make their knowledge useful in relating the problems with what they have studied.

Teachers should encourage the students to implement their knowledge in some creative work related to the society, school or home.

Students must be aware of all the streams available and their future scope so that they can choose the one in which they have interest.

Awareness must be given to parents and teachers about the sheep walk which is present in India, that promising career can only be made if you opt for engineering or medical, so that they don’t pressurize the child on his choice of electing his line.

COLLEGE:

Students in colleges are just bothered about the marks and grades and not upon the knowledge which the curriculum tries to provide them, which

The weightage of calculating their overall performance should be divided into three main parts:

1. Syllabus and theoretical part(40%)

2. Creative part(30%)

3. Social part(30%):work should be evaluated on the behalf of what they have done for the upliftment of their surroundings. It will enhance their social skills.
