HRB Test System relies on Dewesoft hardware and software for measurement and data acquisition (Dewetron hw supported up to DEWESoft 7 or X1 version). A customized interface developed in NI-Labviewallows to manage the braking tests according to the company’s standard procedures, driving DEWESoft to perform data acquisition. So it is possible to use the power and flexibility of DEWESoft configure standard and non standard test setup and to be to provide effective visual feedback to the test driver.

HANDLING, RIDE AND BRAKING

The PCF Test System relies on DEWESoft software for data acquisition, managed via DCOM interface (as for HRB Test System) by a specific user interface developed in NILabview. The system is able to manage vehicle data, test session, data acquisition and standardized file naming, data processing, visualization and export.

The ADAS Test System relies mainly on ABD driving robots and control hardware and software, for driver o driverless testing. Synchronized data transmission between hunter and target vehicle is ensuredby a specific wireless connection. The included data processing software calculates the quantities neededfor objective assessment according to NCAP standard, or allows to export data to MATLAB to run customanalysis tools.

The ABD system can be integrated DEWESoft acquisition system in order to acquire relevantvariables for CAN bus in addition to the vehicle motion variables, and to create custom data display and on-board analysis procedures.

A system that is capable of automaticaly adjusting the speed of a vehicle to mach the speed of the car or truck in front of it.

The 13H Test System allows to run the brake homologation test according to reg. 13H procedure,in a fully automates way, guiding the driver step by step through the test sequence. Also this package is based on DEWESoft harware and software for data acquisition, managed by a specificuser interface developed in NI-Labview.
