Garments flow control: the management software permits to make an exact esteem of use by size and type, by department, user and so it is possible to quote exactly the costs per garments and department Garment traceability: the use of RFID microchips allows us to track the entire working process of garment, to know at any time the exact position of the garment and find out the history of all movements; Possibility of cost forecast: the number of garments in rotation can be reduced Loss of garments reduction : with the control and monitoring the flow the number of losses decreases drastically, because they know at any time the position of the garments of each employee; Optimization of available space: with the two Control systems you can get maximum control With minimum space •Continued service 24 hours a day, •7 days a week , 365 days a year

System of credits: The information of all transactions are automatically stored in the database system, operations such as the drop off of dirty uniforms or pick up of clean uniforms. Credits are adjustable parameters and the whole system can be configured on the basis of the (daily, weekly) needs.

Personal Identification: each user is registered on the system and identified on the basis of his/her size, the type of garments needed and his/her clothes credit.

Alternative choice: In the absence of the size, the system gives the possibility to pick the alternative available sizes;

Detailed statistics: per department, garment, size, models etc…

All reports are printable

Data Export to other management systems Reports on the history of garments, monitoring their consumption by showing their movements

and the total amount of credits, given by the hospital;

Reports about the surplus of clothes on the conveyor belt and automatic discharge on the determined output;

Management of the garments’ warehouse.

Assistance: All our systems are connected with ZCS via phone, on-line for maintenance and software updates to be made in real time from our seat.

Phoenix System with Storage conveyor has been designed for higher volume, which requires very rapid delivery. The automatic loading system consists of an arm on the storage conveyor belt. The conveyor is designed to store garments .

The delivery at the automatic door is performed by smaller conveyor

belts in order to minimize waiting time.

Functioning:

After the collection of a clean garment by the user, the system automatically looks for the same type of garment (model and size) in the storage conveyor and through an automatic transfer system supplies the redelivery conveyor. In this way, the conveyor will be always ready and the waiting time will be reduced to the minimum.

o Dimensions: 1X1X2 mt

o Space Optimization : The dispenser can be easily placed in corridors or limited spaces.

o Optimization: At any moment it w ill be possible from the central pc, usually located in the central laundry, to have a real t ime control of the situation in order to let the dispenser the time to replace the missing uniforms.

o Automatic reading w ith HF RFID microchips

o The standard installation of complete set consists of a dispenser for the redelivery of clean uniforms and a door for the acceptance of dirty garments.

o Minimum Requirements for installation: a 220 V outlet and a network socket

o Modular system: you can install more units connected to the basic set and thus create a network of dispensers and acceptance doors for dirty garments.
