ASDUZA-A-РP - an automated hardware system designed for remote control for isolation valves with nominal diameter of 50 up to 1200 mm. There is the autonomous telematics complex "Soft:Signal" in explosion-proof version with the ability of pneumatic control drive GBVA/DAPS Festo-powered DC voltage 24V in the system. The complex is completely self-contained and can be operated at explosion-hazardous sites without mains power supply of 220/380V. Autonomous power supply system is developed on solar cells that generate electricity and charge batteries. The stored energy is consumed by telemetering system and control of the pneumatic drive. The effectiveness of this method is in renewing energy system, which allows on-line monitoring of the object to improve the reliability of Executive mechanisms. The control of isolation valves and transfer of process parameters of the facility is performed via wireless GSM/ GPRS channel. Iridium/Gonets satellite data transmission system is used as a redundant channel. The system can effectively function on the areas with unstable GSM signal or out of coverage. The natural gas flowing in a pipe, as well as compressed air, received in the result set in the complex of the compressor can serve as the working body for pneumatic actuator. The working pressure of the actuator is 2.5 ... 8 bar (Max. pressure 413 bar). This principle allows reducing expenses for maintenance of the complex due to the automated regeneration of gas for the actuator control. The system conform to the type of climatic performance
of UHL and location category 1 by GOST 15150
The system is intended for installation in hazardous
production facilities in accordance with the requirements of
norms and rules of industrial safety, and also according to
requirements of Chapter 7.3 of PUE (seventh edition), and
other normative-technical documents regulating the use of
equipment in potentially explosive areas
