Feature ChangesIn previous software releases, the AutoIT-NFVI and AutoIT-VNF software modules were separate softwaremodules within UAS.
In order to reduce the number of VMs required for UAS software modules and to ensure API consistencyacross UAS modules, AutoIT-NFVI and AutoIT-VNF have been integrated together into a UAS role simplycalled AutoIT.
To facilitate this integration, AutoIT is now installed through a single script called boot_uas.py.
Using this script, AutoIT can be installed in the following scenarios:
• AutoIT deployment on bare metal (for VIM installation automation):
boot_uas.py --kvm --autoit
• AutoIT deployment on OpenStack (for existing deployments that did not leverage the VIM installationautomation process):
