Login / Demo

Search “Authntk” in App Store or Google Play

Launch the app, enter your user credentials and click “Log in”

Username: [email protected]

Password: appdemo1

Switch campaign

Click “Switch Campaign” and select a name from the drop down list.

Choose your campaign

Select a name from the drop down list

(This will be populated with your sales team.)

Record a Video

Click “Record New” to begin recording your walkaround video

Important Notes:ALWAYS hold your device horizontally (landscape) ALWAYS speak up so the microphone picks you up

Record your video! (The app will launch your device’s native video recorder)

You can also use your iPhone or iPad’s headphones and record through the built in microphone.

Use or Retake

You can review your video by clicking the play button

Click “Retake” if you are not happy with it

If the video looks good, click “Use”

Enter Prospect Info

Enter in THE PROSPECT’S First Name Last Name Email Address Year Make Model Phone Number

*Entering a phone number will send the video via SMS in addition to email

Video is uploaded

Once your video has finished uploading you see “Submission Upload Complete”

Click “Done” to go back to the home screen and record another video

Prospect Receives A Personalized Email and SMSYou will be CC’d on the email

Important Reminders

Make sure before you start recording, your name appears on the home page

Always shoot the video in landscape (wide) mode

Video duration should be between 45 seconds and 1 ½ minutes

The email and SMS are sent out automatically, once you submit the contact information, you’re all done!
