Methodology of this study:To make the report more meaningful and presentable, two sources of data and information were used widely. Both primary and secondary data sources were used to prepare this report. There are some records collected from various resources of some company. Most of them can be treated as the secondary date. Furthermore, we also attend some outlets survey. That has been used as a medium of collecting data for preparing this report. Primary data that are mainly used are from different persons. The secondary data are mainly collected through different journals, yearbooks, brand book, websites and etc.

Market research:Using research, we can get an idea of how many people are interested in anime in Bangladesh, how many of them intend to buy anime action figures. We can also measure and analyze customers attitudes toward competing shops. There are two kinds of market research: primary and secondary.

Primary data:For primary research we gather our own data. For example, we survey some of the other action figure shops are not well known, because of their poor promotional activity. And most of these shops dont have anime action figure, they mainly sell action figures of Batman, Spiderman, Joker, Robocop, ninja turtles, Star Wars, Load of the rings.

We also did online research. We post random questions like,Do they want to have an anime action figure shop in there city?Which anime characters they want to have?In what range they would love to have their anime?In some popular Bangladeshi anime related groups, like Anime Brawl, Anime Community of anime fans of Bangladesh, BD anime fans, The 1st Bangladeshi Anime Community- Mazecity(TO). We had pretty good respond. We can say that there is craze for anime action figures but its not available in the market. So a new shop full of anime action figures will be able to make profit in this country

Secondary data:From secondary research we collect the information of interested people in anime. For secondary data we Dhaka Comicon13 and Dhaka Museum of Toys created an explosion of interest in collecting action figures among the youths. We observe this years Dhaka comicon and some of the stoles came up with some anime action figures, we observed that demand of these action figures were very high and so of the characters sold out within a very short time.

Limitations:The study was limited by a number of factors. Firstly the research was limited for scare of information. Secondly the size is very small.

General Objective:The main objective of this report is to place a new product in the market. Manage all the selling process and services to our entire customer. In short, how we meet up the requirements to get the attention of our customers. Authentic marketing strictly maintains the international quality parameter in relation to customer's requirement.
