HOLE 3 PAR 5 INDEX 3 - 492 METRESThis short but scenic hole presents a fair chance of Par for most golfers. A straight drive over theedge of a lake to a landing area just before a stream leaves the golfers in good stead for the nextshot. The second shot must avoid the stream on the right and OB on the left, to leave an easypitch for a good Birdie opportunity.

    HOLE 4 PAR 4 INDEX 11 - 338 METRES

This short hole needs at least a 200 metre carry over a small stream from the back tees, inorder to set up a short iron approach to a narrow green protected by bunkers on both sides.

HOLE 5 PAR 4 INDEX 13 - 299 METRESAnother short hole that requires a 165-metre carry to clear the stream. Beware ofthe numerous bunkers in front and on the right of a very treacherous green. Placement ofshot is imperative and stray shot will be heavily penalised.

HOLE 6 PAR 4 INDEX 7 - 345 METRESThe drive must avoid the bunkers on the right, in order to allow for a short iron onto thegreen.

HOLE 7 PAR 4 INDEX 1 - 382 METRESA demanding uphill dogleg left, the challenge is for the golfer to play down the right side ofthe landing area in order to approach the elevated green. Two bunkers nestle below thegreen on the left, and one on the right, to catch any wayward shots.

HOLE 8 PAR 3 INDEX 15 - 200 METRESThis scenic hole although long, is relatively easy as it plays downhill to a large green. However, a precise drive is called for as the green is well protected by sand bunkers.

HOLE 9 PAR 5 INDEX 9 - 432 METRESA Par 5 reachable in two. For the average golfer, the second shot must avoid the lakes on

the left of the fairway, leaving an easy pitch for a good Birdie opportunity.

HOLE 10 PAR 4 INDEX 12 - 358 METRESThe golfer must contend with water on both the right and left side of a narrow landing area.Accuracy is required when approaching the elongated green, as deep bunkers guard the

right of the green. Over clubbing may land you in an OB at the back of the green.

HOLE 11 PAR 3 INDEX 14 - 178 METRESThe green is flanked by a lake on the left. Two small bunkers separate the lake and thegreen, forcing the golfer to play towards the right of the green, which slopes graduallytowards water.

HOLE 12 PAR 5 INDEX 10 - 482 METRESA demanding hole, with water on the right of the landing area. Accuracy is essential whenapproaching the second landing area, as there is a fairway bunker on the right and a streamrunning along the left of the narrow fairway. A short iron is all that is required for the

approach to the green, but beware of the bunkers which will catch any shot, short of thegreen.

HOLE 13 PAR 4 INDEX 4 - 370 METRESA fairly long uphill hole that requires a straight drive between the fairway bunkers on bothsides of the landing area. The elevated green is best approached from the right, and can be

reached in two with a medium to long iron by only the bigger hitters.

HOLE 14 PAR 4 INDEX 2 - 363 METRESA dogleg left to the green from an elevated tee, the golfer should cut the corner as finely aspossible to open a Par approach to the green. Having done that, the golfer is left with atricky mid-iron second shot into the small, well guarded green, which slopes, heavily on allsides.

HOLE 15 PAR 4 INDEX 6 - 386 METRESThis long downhill hole requires a long drive directed to the right side of the fairway. Fromthere, with a commanding view of the hole, the golfer will still need to hit a long iron orfairway wood to the pin on a downhill green, and a possible Par.

HOLE 16 PAR 5 INDEX 8 - 484 METRESOB's, streams and bunkers make this hole one of the more challenging on the course. Keepthe ball on the fairway and make sure you do not make a mistake. Three (3) good shotswould be needed to reach a narrow Kidney shape green.

HOLE 17 PAR 3 INDEX 16 - 158 METRESThe island green requires a 150-metre carry over the lake before reaching the puttingsurface. A precise drive is required here as the green is well surrounded by sand traps andwater.

HOLE 18 PAR 4 INDEX 18 - 310 METRESThe finishing hole is a short uphill affair with a premium placed on accuracy. The drive mustbe placed close to the right fairway bunker to allow for a short iron approach to the green. The green slopes towards the fairway. Therefore playing approach shots as per pinplacement is very essential.

HOLE 1 PAR 4 INDEX 7 - 382 METRESThis downhill-opening hole requires your drive to be carried over water from an elevated tee. Thesafe line is to favour the right side of the fairway to avoid an OB line stretching from the left sideof the tees to the green. A good drive should leave the player with a short iron onto the green.

Two bunkers guard the right and left side of the green.

HOLE 2 PAR 3 INDEX 17 - 141 METRESSpectacular views of the tree lines and the Austin Course provide an inspirational start to this Par3. A short Par 3 from an elevated tee with a waste bunker stretching the left side of the approachto the green. OB covers left and right of the fairway.

HOLE 3 PAR 4 INDEX 9 - 308 METRESA short uphill Par 4 hole. The drive is best played towards the right side of the fairway bunker, asthis will improve the angle of attack on the approach shot to the green. This uphill hole requires

an extra club on the approach to reach the green.

HOLE 4 PAR 5 INDEX 3 - 525 METRESThe longest hole on the golf course. A long and narrow Par 5 with OB stretching from left side ofthe tee to the green. All shots should be played towards the right side of the fairway as a steepslop extends from the fairway to the boundary line. Make sure your approach shot lands on theelongated green as a bunker guards the front.

HOLE 5 PAR 3 INDEX 15 - 165 METRESOur signature hole depicts a Sunflower. Tee-off from an elevated tee into a round 30-metrediameter green, surrounded by eight petal-like bunkers.

HOLE 6 PAR 5 INDEX 5 - 457 METRESA somewhat deceptive Par 5, which measures shorter, than it looks. As it is an uphill hole, youshould play your drive targeting the bunker left of fairway. A confident approach shot is vital, asthe green is elevated and relatively small. Playing short of the green may land your ball in abunker guarding the front side. A possible Par hole.

HOLE 7 PAR 4 INDEX 13 - 249 METRESA relatively short Par 4 dogleg left. Careful choice of your club at tee-off is necessary, as thenarrow landing area ranges between 170 to 190-metres. Golfers are best advised to avoid the

three pot bunkers and OB on the left side of the fairway. Playing a correct shot will leave youwith short chip to the green. A possible Birdie hole.

HOLE 8 PAR 4 INDEX 11 - 338 METRESA blind Par 4 dogleg right. A good drive to the left side of the fairway bunker will leave you with a150 to 160-metres second shot to the green. Bunkers guard the left, right and rear of the green.

HOLE 9 PAR 4 INDEX 1 - 424 METRESThis is the toughest hole on the course. A downhill 200-metres drive should lay your ball to theedge of the pond. A long uphill second shot to the green which carry over water would be neededto reach the green in two, most golfers will approach the green with three (3) shots to save Par.A drink at the Sun Caf will be a welcome relief to cap off this exciting 9th hole.

HOLE 10 PAR 4 INDEX 10 - 308 METRESA relatively short Par 4 with a well guarded fairway comprising OB on the right and hazard on theleft from tee to green. A good drive will leave you with a short iron onto the green.

HOLE 11 PAR 5 INDEX 8 - 510 METRESA long and narrow Par 5 hole. Tee-off will require you to cross a monsoon drain stretching theleft side of the narrow fairway. An errant drive may land you in an OB on the right side of thefairway. Three (3) very good shots would be needed to reach the green. Again OB flanks theright side of the fairway. Approach shot to the green will have to negotiate a large bunker on theleft side of the green.

    HOLE 12 PAR 3 INDEX 6 - 196 METRES

approach to the green. Over clubbing may land your shot into the rear bunker or water hazardsat the back of green.

HOLE 13 PAR 4 INDEX 4 - 380 METRESA long Par 4 which goes uphill on your tee-off. Drive would be a power fade to land near thefairway bunker on the right. The green is best approached from the right with a medium to longiron. This hole is well guarded by bunkers at the front and back of the green.

HOLE 14 PAR 3 INDEX 14 - 194 METRESThe biggest green on the Golf Course - possibly the largest green in the world. Played from anelevated tee, wise club selection would make the difference. Accuracy in putting is very much

needed on this hole. One on may not mean a Par.

HOLE 15 PAR 4 INDEX 2 - 375 METRESA demanding hole which requires to carry your drive over a pond and uphill all the way for your2nd shot. The elevated green requires a long iron shot to reach in two. The lower part of thegreen slopes towards the fairway and pin position is always at the upper part of the green. Therefore approach shot is best advised to land on the upper part of the green.

HOLE 16 PAR 4 INDEX 12 - 329 METRESA blind dogleg left. Tee-shot should be targeted to the left side of the fairway, right bunker. Thisshould leave you with a short approach iron onto a downhill green. Choice of short iron isadvisable. Playing short on the green will land your ball in the bunker on the front side of thegreen. Over clubbing in your approach shot may land your ball in a steep fall to the pond.

HOLE 17 PAR 4 INDEX 18 - 244 METRESA short uphill dogleg right Par 4. Tempting to reach the hole on your drive may land your ball onthe green's side bunker or a concave grassed area on the left of the green. The right side of thegreen is well guarded by trees. The ideal shot is to play to the left side of the right fairwaybunker, which should leave you with a shot chip to the green. A possible Birdie hole.

HOLE 18 PAR 5 INDEX 16 - 428 METRESA downhill tee-off shot will carry 244-metres to the edge of the pond. The 2nd shot over thewater should leave you with a relatively easy chip onto the green. The green is guarded by abunker on the left side. An easy Par 5 reachable in two.
