Scope of Work

Common Area / Lobby• Renovate the existing restrooms to make them ADA compliant

Senior Center• Remove the abandoned HVAC cabinets and replace with drywall• Remove the existing built-in cabinets and replace with new and add new storage cabinets• Redesign and relocate the reception desk• Construct a new office and storage room in place of the existing portable dividers• Remove the kitchen and built-in cabinets and replace with new • Provide new freestanding storage units• Provide new full length mirrors, new whiteboard and new storage in the Training Room• Provide new flooring finish and paint the Senior Center

Library• Redesign and replace the existing circulation desk • Remove the existing built-in cabinets and replace with drywall• Demo the kitchen and cabinets and replace with a new residential kitchen in the Break Room• Provide additional electrical outlets• Remove the abandoned HVAC cabinets

Construction• The Senior Center will be closed throughout the construction period• The library will remain open during construction – contractor will work after hours
