Please note: Antonio’s has the right to refuse entry to any persons who have been diagnosed with COVID-19, have been to locations of public health concern in the past 14 days, or who have been in contact with any person with a confirmed case of COVID-19. Traveled to or returned from any of the following international locations in the last 14 days: mainland China, Macau, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Italy or Iran or on a cruise. 2. Been in close contact with anyone who has traveled within the last 14 days to one of the countries (or a cruise) listed above. 3. Recently traveled to or returned from any location in the United States with reported COVID-19 outbreaks (including California, Massachusetts, New York or Washington). 4. Been in direct contact with any person diagnosed with COVID-19 at any point in the past 14 days or have any other reason to believe you have been exposed to COVID-19. 5. Currently have any symptoms related to COVID-19 including, fever, coughing, runny nose, shortness of breath, or sore throat.
