Save this email and after your meeting, come back to click on one of the buttons.

If you are the person assigned to take attendance for your group, you will receive an email the night before each scheduled meeting.

The body of the email will look something like this.

Clicking the “Group Met” button will open up your browser...

...and take you to a page that looks like this. This page will allow you to take attendance for your group.

You can check to make sure the Meeting Date and Host Location are correct. If they aren’t, make changes.

Record the number of new salvations and rededications that took place during your meeting. Select whether a meal was provided by a church or by a group.

There is a drop-down menu that allows you to select what curriculum you are using for your group meetings.

Put a check by each member that was present and add the number of children that each member had attending with them.

SM stands for Single Mom CW stands for Caring Woman

Below the list is a field for adding the number of guests. This is where you will include the number of visitors who are not listed on the current roster.

The Meeting Notes box allows you to include notes about what took place during your meeting.

The Prayer Requests box allows you to include prayer requests your group may have so that the leadership can agree with you in prayer.

There is a field that allows you to include the amount of expenses you have that require reimbursement.

When the attendance is complete, click on the “Update & Send” button…

...and your attendance will be submitted. You will receive this message.

Clicking on “Group Admin” will take you to a site that will allow you to add members to your group and update their information.

Let’s take a look at the attendance email again. Before, we saw what happens when clicking Group Met. If for some reason, your group did not meet, you can click the

Group Did Not Meet button.

Your browser will open and show this page. You can provide a description as to why the group did not meet and then click “Update & Send”

to update the attendance.
