(1) WIBOSCOC Website Evidence This document shows that the CoC Competition timeline for the Balance of State CoC was posted on the WIBOSCOC website. (2) WIBOSCOC Email This document shows that the CoC full membership was notified that that the CoC Competition timeline had been posted on the website. (3) WIBOSCOC Monthly Newsletter This document shows that monthly WIBOSCOC newsletter publicly notified recipients of the CoC Competition timeline.
