Room Rental Information

Banquet Room Rental FeeEntire Covey Room and covered porch overlooking the golf course.

Quail Crossing Golf Club offers full service catering. However, we permit outside catering from a restaurant or professional catering service.

$500 5 Hour Event Time$100 for Each Additional Hour

$150 Outside Wedding Ceremony$6 Outside Food Fee Per Person

Maximum closing time is midnight. Price includes tables, chairs, set-up, clean-up, table linens, and napkins.

All alcoholic beverages must be supplied by Quail Crossing Golf Club. Our alcoholic beverage license requires us to request proper identification (photo ID with date of birth) and to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who, in our judgement, appears intoxicated. Quail Crossing Golf Club also reserves the right to

close a party if alcohol not purchased from Quail Crossing Golf Club is brought in by any guest.

In compliance with the Indiana Department of Health concerning food handling regulations, all food must be consumed on the property during the contracted time. No left over food or beverage will be allowed to leave

the facilities.

Special Requests and RentalsWe provide a limited selection of tables, chairs, tablecloths, and napkins. Additional items,

colors, floor-length linens, chair covers, dance floor, etc. are available on a rental basis. We will be happy to assist you with any special request. Please note the items on a rental basis need to

be ordered at least one (1) month prior to the event date.

Professional Bartender $50.00 per bartender ($10.00 for each additional hour).Minimum number of bartenders per party are at the discretion of Quail Crossing Golf Club.

Please be reminded that Host/Hostess of any party with a tab or open bar accepts the responsibility for their guests’ actions. Quail Crossing Golf Club bartenders, at their

discretion, reserve the right to stop alcohol serving at anytime to any guest.

Quail Crossing Golf Club has a full service bar and we will be delighted to add your special selection of beverage to your event. Please do not hesitate to ask for something not on the above menu.
