Le Domaine de RavenovilleOn the Cotentin peninsula, not far from the D-Day Normandy beaches, stands majestically the 17th century architectural ensemble of Le Domaine de Ravenoville. It is composed of a historic castle and commons: le Pigeonnier, le Manoir and le Pavillon. In the 20th century, Le Domaine was abandoned by its owners and occupied during both World Wars, to then be largely destroyed in 1955. Only the commons survived.
Passionate about old stones, Pierres d’Histoire recently renovated le Manoir, le Pigeonnier and le Pavillon to their former glory. In doing so, the renovators took special care to reinstate the true soul of this magical place. Thus, these ancient stones coupled with all the modern comforts complement each other and offer a truly exceptional location. This site will charm not only those who have a passion for all that is old but also those who are in search of that unusual experience.

THE CEREMONY
You can celebrate your marriage in Ravenoville, be it secular or religious. The refurbished ruins of the castle with its flower plantations, its vegetable garden, and its pretty pond is the ideal place for a country wedding in the heart of nature and a perfect backdrop for your wedding photo-graphs. The church is adjacent to the castle.
THE COCKTAIL
Imagine a cocktail reception set up to your image, set intimately in the ruins, or on the other hand bucolic in the gardens!

The rectangular reception room is ideal for both sitting down dinners and the dancing part of your evening. Its wooden floors give a warm feeling to the room. The splendid view of Le Domaine and the lit-up park give a very chic and romantic ambiance to your evening.
