SOP for Win7 64 bit Hidden Partition

Check Marker: Please follow below Repair guide for Windows Vista and windows 7 notebooks to check the Marker key on new MB. If the Marker is correct, then please do following steps.
Instruction:1. Unzip BT.zip file, and copy BT.exe utility to a bootable USB dongle.
2. Boot up to DOS mode with the dongle.3. Type the command in DOS prompt bt /w 27 XXWhere XX is Win7 SKU code, please refer to the following table to choose the code based on the Win7 version you intend to install.
Step1:Find a notebook that has Windows operating system, boot up Windows, and unzip the attached 64Driverpqa.zip compressed file into “C:\”.
Step2:Insert the correct model Driver CD of the targeted NB, under C:\64Driverpqa enter Driver64.bat, and this will create a driver64.pqa file to the folder C:\New_PQA.
NOTE: ODD drive must be set as “e:\”, if not please configure it in control panel other wise error will be expected.
Step3:Copy driver64.pqa file into an external HDD or burn the driver64.pqa file into an empty disc.Step4:Insert and boot up the system by Tool CD v9.0Step5:When DOS box prompt appears, please type command “ascreatehidden” and input the partition size 17GB (17,000MB).
Step6:After formatting, take out Tool CD and put Win7 RCD in, and copy ASUS.SWM and ASUS2.SWM & ASUS3.SWM files to “S:\” (Hidden drive).
Step7:Remove Win7 RCD, copy driver64.pqa (either from external HDD or disc containing the driver64.pqa) file into C:\fac directory. Also copy Patch64_Win7.wim, Addon64_Win7.wim, ChkSW.wim into C:\fac directory. Patch64_Win7.wim, Addon64_Win7.wim, ChkSW.wim can be downloaded from SIP.
Step7.1 (Important) Please add the PQA/WIM according attached PQA list. Different RCD needs to add different PQA/WIM files. (For WIM file, you don’t need to change its file name)
Incorporating specified pre-load applications into hidden partition:
1) Download pre-load PQA/WIM files from SIP:
Download pqa/wim files from directory respectively: 2) Remember to rename PQA files copying to c:\fac (you don’t need to rename
WIM files)3) Copy all WIM/renamed PQA files to c:\fac directoryImportant : The preload PQA/WIM file has its SKU# ( ex: xxxx_C.pqa ,where C is SKU#) you have to use the same SKU# of Win7 RCD for building hidden partition
Step8:Unzip SN.zip file, and open SN.ini with notepad and change the OS code to the current one. For example: the RCD is EN/SP/GER/FRN/IT/DU/POT /TC/GK/HE and the version is Home Premium 64bit , then its OS code is VL. ( Please refer attached Win7 os
code_20100127-release 1.doc to get the correct OS code ) Change the OS code to VL. ---- OSSN= VL Then copy the SN.ini into C:\ASUSLOG
Unzip OS.zip file, and copy “os.tag” into C:\fac directory.
Or Under the directory of C:\fac, create a file of “os.tag” by the following command.Under the directory of C:\fac, create a file of “os.tag” by the following command.Enter copy con os.tag, press Enter twice then press “Ctrl + Z”Then press Enter to complete.Step9:Please press “Exit” to reboot the system and start to install the OSStep10:When screen show “Pass”, it is finished. Press power button to shut down your system.
Step11:Copy SLPAudit to a bootable USB device, and boot from it, then run SLPAudit.exe to check the return code [(1) correct/(0, 255) wrong].
If the return code is 1, that means all steps success.If the return code is 0 or 255, please review all steps and check if missed anything.
