1 Press Release 19 th October 2010 Astro On Demand Special Artistes Appearance TVB Stars Showed Up At Malaysia To Meet With Local Fans Following the huge success of the award-winning megahit Rosy Business in 2009, TVB proudly presents a brand new indirect sequel No Regrets in celebration of its 43 rd birthday. The drama will premiere in Hong Kong TVB Jade and Malaysia TV channel Astro On Demand(AOD) and on 18 th Oct at the same time. In order to further promote this hotly-anticipated grand production, TVB artistes and characters from the series Lai Yiu Cheung, Fala Chen and Pierre Ngo, were invited to attend a Special Artistes Appearance in Malaysia to meet with local fans. The event was held in Kualar Lumpur on the 1 st and 2 nd of October, 2010. The artistes started off their fully-packed tour with a press conference at Pyramid Tower Hotel to meet with local media. Numerous reporters crowded the event venue and welcomed the artistes with nonstop blinking flashlights and interview questions. During the press conference, the artistes also launched MY AOD Favourites 2010, an online campaign voting for the favourite TVB artistes and drama series of AOD customers, organised by AOD and MY FM and supported by TVB. The artistes then hurried to the next on-ground event at Sunway Pyramid and Berjaya Times Square respectively. The entire venue was already filled with eager fans. Lai Yiu Cheung dressed in a pair of casual slacks matched with a fitted light grey vest appeared along side the dazzling Fala Chen and the new-rising Pierre Ngo. The renowned artistes from Hong Kong came to share their experiences from the shooting of No Regrets. Enthusiastic fans greeted them a warm welcome, the entire arena was filled with hand waving frantically in the air, poster boards and shout outs. The artistes also invited audiences to participate in playing games with them. Not only were they given the chance to win fabulous prizes, they were able to take side by side pictures with their favorite idols as well! Lai’s acting skills is highly recognized by audiences worldwide, and the local audiences are rooting for him to win the Best Lead Actor Award again in this Anniversary Award! All three artistes sang until their heart content. Pierre’s soothing voice and amazing singing skills awed the crowd much that they shouted so loud on the top of their lungs! The entire atmosphere of the place was extremely hyped up!
