Investment services

company is our sales division. It has witnessed a number of historical changes in the regional property market over the last two decades.

The major one was the advent of freehold property in Dubai and the availability of ownership to non-nationals. The second is the ongoing regional development boom, which has made the region’s property market one of the most dynamic in the world.

Because we’ve done business before and after the freehold laws came into effect, Asteco has unparalleled insight into the dynamics of this transition, and indeed, helped usher in the new era by providing services to developers and to first time buyers in Dubai. Thanks to our history of expertise, we have helped institutional and individual buyers and sellers make sense and take advantage of these new realities.

Asteco has also been at the forefront of the Dubai property upsurge, acting as sales agents for such high-profile projects as Business Bay, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, The Buildings by Daman (DIFC), The Palm, Jumeirah and Sheikh Zayed Road.

Our experienced professional sales team also offers its services throughout the GCC. There are Asteco offices across the UAE, as well as in Bahrain, Jordan and Qatar, with plans for further regional expansion. Property managementAsteco manages an extensive portfolio of properties covering all property types ranging from private villas to office towers, condominiums to labour camps and serviced residential complexes to warehouses.

We also manage a number of portfolios on behalf of clients and pro-actively deliver property management services from all of our offices. We provide a bespoke service to each of our clients and work with them to integrate property management operational requirements into the design of new developments and thus minimise expenses whilst maximising revenue opportunities over the lifetime of the asset.

We understand that real estate assets are investments with a financial value, which must be protected and enhanced. Our goal is to provide common sense property management advice and maintain a healthy relationship with owners and tenants during the period of our appointment.
