it is essential to consider the availability

of resources for that activity

Assessment of resources is vital

Aggregation charts are one of the tools

to assess resources

Resources must be classified and theavailability and constraints specified

A Resource Aggregation Profile(s) is anessential tool for resource management

If the resource aggregation indicates that aconstraint is being exceeded, and float isavailable the resource usage is 'smoothed'

i.e. the start of activities is delayed
