The study will include the development of: a reasonable number of alternatives an evaluation of any environmental impacts a recommended alignment & station locations This effort is part of a larger high-speed and express rail system planned for Texas and would provide a key linkage to the Texas system and regional transportation networks. WHERE WHY The proposed route would connect the cities of Dallas and Fort Worth. The study will evaluate the alternative alignments as well as alternative station and maintenance facility locations. This study will not identify a recommended or preferred rail vehicle or technology for the corridor. WHEN HOW? We need your help and involvement throughout this effort to ensure the solutions developed reflect your needs.
