Affix the servo bracket to the servousing countersink screws.

STEP 1 : PAN SERVO

NOTE: Potentiometer is not connected to anything - this is how the 360 servo works. Turn the servo on and adjust the pot shaft if neccessary to get it to the neutral position. Once you have it set to neutral you can fix it in place using heatshrink to cover the pot shaft and prevent it from being bumped and moved.

Assemble skids using 50.8mm roll bearing spacersand M3x6 buttonhead screws.

Insert the bearing into the bearing bracket,with the flange on the under side.

Assemble battery tray with 60mm spacers, M3x6 buttonheadsrubber grommets, and the Droidworx adaptor plate.

Slide the bracket into place and secure with M3x6 buttonhead screws. Insert the pan shaft from inside throughthe bearing bracket.

Slide the spacer onto the pan shaftfrom the top of the gimbal.

Place the second bearing with flange over the pan shaft and push it in until it isflush with the gimbal surface.

Secure the servo in place with M3x10 screws.

STEP 8 : BEARING PLACEMENT

Slide the servo into the gimbalon an angle as shown.

If this method proves problematic you can separate the serve from its bracket and slide that in first.

Place the servo gear and fix in place using the servo screw.

The nylon washer sits on top of the main gear.

STEP 13 : Nylon Washer

Place the main gear (blue) hub side up, and fit the pan spacer into it with theraised lip facing up.

STEP 11 : MAIN GEAR ASSEMBLY

Fit the main gear, hub side down, onto the pan shaft. Slide the servo gear towardthe main gear so that the teeth of the two gears are interconnected.

STEP 12 : AFFIX THE TWO GEARS

Position the pre-assembled battery tray on the main gear and fix in place tightlyusing the wavy washer, then the lock nut.

Attach the pre-assembled skids to the gimbalusing M3x6 buttonhead screws. The screwsshould be positioned on the interior of thegimbal with the M3 lock nuts on the exterior.
