BIM (Building Information Modeling) is the process of creating and using information models in the stages ofconstruction design, construction and operation.
So the answer to BIM is that it cannot be understood as software like Revit, Tekla, Navisworks ... but it is a
complete process. From the 3D modeling stage to using that model in the design stage (drawing
documents), construction (volume management, measures, labor safety ...) and building management
(maintenance of electromechanical equipment), throughout the life of the building.
