For countless aeons, God's assistants, souls with an unmatched dedication to being His instruments whom we call angels, have been sent to the furthest reaches of this

universe to bring comfort, protection and all of God's Light-filled effulgence to all souls that once emanated from His

creative fiat. Angels have been at our side from the very first instant of our existence in this physical realm, and have continued ever since to offer their enlightened guidance,

comforting vibrations of grace and Love, and above all the unshakable certainty that ours is a benevolent universe and

that each of our living experiences has a vitally important purpose for each of us to fulfill. Now have we been made aware of their presence and are we making any use of all they have to offer us – if we only ask for it? Probably not

enough, and in fact, hardly ever. Yet we now live at a crucially critical time in Earth's history when, given the

unrelenting push from all Light sources to help us move out of the delusion of what we think is reality towards ascending to higher realms of unimaginably Light-filled experience, we

have the unprecedented opportunity to break the spell of past dark ages and soul dimming influences, and rise from

the valley of death and spiritual oblivion to shine as the radiant Souls of God that we are, and continue with renewed

spiritual impetus towards our ultimate goal of returning Home in the heart of God where this aeons-long Journey

once began.

Our angelic assistants have unique abilities to help rekindle in our soul the long-forgotten memories of this distant

Beginning, memories that are key in successfully reactivating the ascension codes in our soul's DNA, thus

ensuring that, once properly charged with Light from Source, the Quasar of Love that has been lying dormant in the

mysterious core of our Divine essence will transmute and elevate every speck of matter in our body – matter which is

merely frozen Light – as we ascend through the dimensional threshold just ahead of now in the Continuum. Their soul

healing ministrations are a most precious divine gift which is ours to claim at any given moment when the call for their assistance and guidance is issued forth from the deepest golden chamber of Love within our soul's heart. To invoke

their presence and summon their assistance as we respond to the deepest and yet most subtle nudge from Source within

is a most sacred service we are to render as we join our souls as One and walk the Golden Path of Light that lies

ahead towards Ascension. It is not a self-serving desire that makes us want to receive assistance and guidance from the angelic realm. It is with the deeply felt understanding that as we each rise to higher spiritual ground, we entrain countless

other souls in the wake of our own spiritual awakening, thus opening wide the floodgates of heavenly Light, Love and Bliss to reach and transmute every other ancient angelic soul, for verily, the Source of Who We are is the same as

Who the angels Are.

As we will join in soul communion over the next four global meditations, and after properly heightening the awareness of

Who We Are through using the four Remembrance Keys given so far, let us call forth all angels here by the millions to smooth the way ahead for every soul who has now chosen to ascend, and let us humbly, keenly and soulfully demand

that they bring each one of us, and all of us as One, the clarity of purpose that guide them in all they do and are, the brightly shining glory of divine grace that enlivens their very

presence at our side, and the deep violet hue of Love radiating from their auric field and enfolding us, so as to be elevated in body, mind and spirit to the vibration of angelic bliss and radiant beauty that permeates the higher realms where are are now ascending. This soul imprinting process

is to be an integral part of our ongoing transition towards the lighted realms upon which we have set our sight. To receive this angelic assistance and the flow of intuitive guidance that comes along with it, we simply need to ask, not as the mortal

human beings we thought we were, but as the awakening souls we are now ever more fully aware to be. In doing so, we will become the living prophecy about which it was said that when a few will gather in spirit to honor and anchor my Presence, not only will I be with them, but they will become

Who I Am, for the Highest Good of All as One.

Jean dear soul, it is with great delight that I accept your invitation to speak about the angelic realm as a meditation focus-what an excellent way to respectfully and gratefully acknowledge these beautiful souls! Although only in the United States is a specific day designated Thanksgiving, there is ample reason for everyone to give thanks for blessings every day and it is especially appropriate to include the angels.

Let me tell you a bit about them. They were co-created by the archangels and Creator and are the only souls who never separated spiritually from the Oneness. As collective energies of light whose missions are safeguarding, assisting and comforting, they are constantly vigilant so they can instantly respond as needed. Although a guardian angel, or gatekeeper, is assigned to every person as the primary constant unseen and silent protector, helper and guide, most angels are free agents, always available as reinforcements for the guardian angel whenever the need arises.

Of course you can call upon the angelic realms for assistance at any time, but even when you don't, the energy of your anticipated need shoots out into the divine communication system and instantly God's emissaries

respond appropriately. Many people in life-threatening situations have been saved by angels' intervention in accordance with soul contracts, but if the consequences of dire circumstances are within the souls' chosen experiencing, the angels cannot interfere. They are, however, permitted to relieve extreme mental or emotional anguish. Without that angelic buffer between clear thought and desperation, wise behavior and irrational action, or miscalculation and its results, many physical lifetimes would be much shorter than soul contract choices.

Contrary to common opinion and depiction in art, angels do not have wings. They can manifest them if they wish, but the energy is so intense in life-threatening situations that some individuals see the angels' etheric bodies and perceive wings where none exist. At times angels may appear to be as solid as your bodies seem. They can work through entities in a human form but with suprahuman capabilities, and some of the lower angelics can spend a lifetime in Earth's density. They manifest a human form and, with great diligence and tenderness, serve wherever they see the need-if you think of someone as being an angel, you may indeed be right.

Another extraordinary angelic service is making the music that is referred to as “the sounds of the spheres” or “choirs of angels.” The vibrations of their majestic tones reach you at soul level and uplift weary spirits and help heal broken hearts.

Angels are not your only unseen helpers-spirit guides and souls in spirit or physical realms also are God's emissaries and are at your beck and call-but the angels are exalted by all the others, and rightly so. As beings of light, they are of a purity that is rare outside their realms and their love for

humankind is unconditional. By all means, these glorious souls deserve your meditative thankfulness for their contributions to your lives.

NOTE from Jean: In preparation for this Meditation Focus, I asked my beloved friend Lou BOGNON ([email protected]), a healer from South Africa who has been instrumental in many miraculous healings, to share with us some insights about angels. This is what she sent me.

Angels as I know them

I recall my first fully awakened observation of the general depictions of the Angelic Realm by humans since the beginning of time as a mixture of sadness and boredom.

There they stand those infinitely loving Beings, frozen in poses that strike a cord of "unreality" with their little chins being supported by their hands while looking down on us sort of bored or playing harps and horns seemingly in an effort to wake us up... or for some with silk dresses and long winged robes that make them lovely to look at but somewhat unreal to relate to.

So I asked (as the heart child I have remained), that I be allowed to really see an Angel for myself. True to all my requests, this one too was granted.

While giving healing to a person who plays the role of Angel on Earth, I saw this incredibly beautiful, but really tiny, little, Angel sitting on her shoulder...

Confused I asked the tiny Angel: is she an Angel too? and the little winged one cracked up laughing before it disappeared... This first encounter taught me that indeed Great Angels walk the Earth in human disguise.

My second encounter was less impressive but just as interesting. Again during an healing session and because I would not even know what to do if Angels were not guiding my very hands and heart, I must have moved over too suddenly obviously, because a huge pink feathery wing the size of my entire house stopped me in my tracks instructing me not to move...

I felt so overwhelmed by the delicate yet firm touch of that wing that I "froze with so much heat", if that makes any sense...

Of course healing with Angels for so many years I could tell you more, not on what they look like but on what they feel like and here is my best experience ever!

Again during an healing of a young man who had experienced severe trauma, followed by three failed attempts to kill himself, I sent out a real loud Angel SOS to our universe and all the universes of Creation for assistance.

As the healing started and I allowed the Angels to take over,

the most extraordinary scene became real and palpable to us both: we saw a cloud of pink treads of light enfold us with such powerful love that it felt to us both that the angels had actually weaved around us what looked like a huge all rosy-pink candy floss cocoon finished off with rosy-pink feathers. The intensity was so great that we both cried and held each other forgetting totally which one of us was playing the role of patient or healer.

I have learnt since that we are indeed, all of us, Angels in disguise, and that it is only the roles we play here that make us forget that divine truth.

And I learnt above all else that Angels are everywhere, they take any form and all we need to do is ask them to hold us in their embrace. Perhaps not everyone will have such a clairsentient experience but the Love they weave around us is indeed softer and far sweeter than any of the limited words I used above to describe it...

Still - truth be told - soft-light candy floss and gentle feathers is how I know them to be.

Connecting with Angels

Everyone has angels with them. From the moment you are born, you have at least two guardian angels with you and they will be by your side until you come to the end of your physical life. Nothing you do, say, feel or think can ever make your angels leave your side.

The angels are God's messengers and helpers and they see you through eyes of unconditional love. Their guidance is always gentle and loving. When you desire help from your angels, you simply need to ask. Because of the Law of Free Will, the angels can only assist you when you request their help or if your life is ever endangered.

They hear and attend to your requests, whether you call for them out loud or reach out with your thoughts and feelings. They know the desires of your soul, of your True Self, and

always offer loving guidance to point you in the direction of your dreams.

The presence of angels has been recorded in history for thousands of years. My feeling is that the angels are divine beings of light who appear to us in whatever form has meaning for us individually. They may have many names, shapes, sizes, and duties. What is most important is our intention when calling upon them.

It is very simple to begin working with and receiving guidance from your angels. They celebrate every moment that we make a conscious effort to connect with them. Your angels want you to call on them for any situation, large or small, and welcome the opportunity to prove their existence to you - again and again. Just begin to establish a relationship with your angels (or any of your spiritual helpers) and watch the miracles unfold.

Some basic steps for beginning to connect with and receive guidance from your angels:

- Take a few deep breaths and center yourself.

- Envision yourself filling up with white or golden light and then allowing the light to surround you.

- Say a prayer (to whomever you are comfortable praying) asking to watch over and guide you and to assist in the connection between you and your angels.

- Ask your angels to surround you.

- Notice any feelings or sensations you get, as well as any images, sounds, or thoughts that come to you.

- Ask for assistance or guidance.

- Thank your angels.

- Let go of the outcome. Trust that you will receive the guidance or assistance you need, even though it may come in unexpected ways.

- Begin to notice the signs and messages your angels send to guide you.Your angels may communicate with you in many ways, including through:

- Dreams- Signs in nature, such as birds or butterflies- Number sequences- Synchronicities- Thoughts, ideas, and inspirations- Books- Songs- Other people

You will know you are receiving guidance from the Angelic Realm when the messages are loving, repetitive, and consistent.

Angelic Guide to Ascension

Wherever CJ is getting her information, she offers wisdom and insight about what concerns so many of us today: How to deal with the huge vibrational challenges, emotions, and changes that are taking place today for those of us who are committed to the Light.

"If you want to control something," CJ says, "then learn to control your consciousness."

Asa: In this issue of our magazine, we are looking at ascension as being a process of going from one level of consciousness to another, higher level or dimension. How do you define ascension?

CJ: There are certainly very many definitions of ascension. The traditional definition was to leave the Earth and be with God in heaven. But I agree that ascension is dimensional, and that it does take place while we are embodied. It is about the vibratory changes that take place as we move from one dimension to the next.

We're learning to live dimensionally and develop a perception of things that are beyond our third-dimensional reality.

We have been third dimensional, and the third dimension was very much about living in a body - and living in fear. We are essentially hardwired to live in fear; our bodies are based on survival. Negative emotions

were developed from that need for survival. The concept has been that if you touch a hot stove, you will be burned. We had to protect ourselves and defend against things that were fearful.

The Fourth and Fifth dimensions are about living in love and opening the heart. They are about clearing fear and transmuting it into love. Fear blocks our energy. But instead of remaining in fear, it is possible for us to move into our etheric input and have a different reaction.

As we develop enough consciousness of ascension, or dimensional movement, the higher vibrations will pull us away from 3D. The veils will become thinner. Our bodies and souls will become more synchronized, and that will release the ego.

So as we move into the Fourth and Fifth dimensions, we are essentially unplugging from a fear-based dimension. What may happen is that we will experience two Earths" - one that operates in the Fourth and Fifth dimensions, and one that other people experience in the Third Dimension.

It may be like the reality portrayed in the movie The Matrix. This film presented the idea that one group of people can interact with another while being detached - knowing that the experience "feels" real, and can be experienced by the body in the physical, but also knowing that the experience can be changed through consciousness. This is an example of a possible reality that will occur through ascension. We may find that we will be aware of 3D reality only if we choose to enter into it with those who are still perceiving the Earth in those terms.

Asa: What are some of the changes that occur in the body and DNA during ascension?

CJ: I am being told that there are twelve strands in the DNA that will become activated. These strands represent the essence of the soul, or the vibrational template. Our bodies are a representation of our etheric presence.

We all have to change - we are essentially wired for 3D, and in 3D there are many fears that are stored in the body. The body is very dense, and it has to go through this conscious process.

Before my visitation from the angels, I was very depressed. This happens to many people. They may also become ill. In my case, I couldn't get out of the bed. My body had to shift to move into this dimensional or higher energy.

We can generate a healthy body by moving into higher consciousness, but when we start, the body is often dense. It can take time. For me, it took a couple of years. There is often a huge detoxification process that happens.

The body is always giving us information about the shift. Our emotions are actually our opportunities for healing.

Fortunately, the body is very good at throwing off these energies. It is possible to see physical changes that become apparent as people move into the higher dimensions. They become happier; their faces and bodies carry more light. They become younger in

appearance. Our consciousness state does affect our physicality.

Asa: What are conscious changes that we can make to move more easily into the ascension process?

CJ: In very many ways, this dimensional shift is about emotion. The angels are literally holding a blanket or cloud of higher vibrational energy around us. The only way that we can ascend into this energy is through our emotions.

The situations that come up are very dramatic. Our buttons are literally punched when we move forward in the process because it is the only way that we can clear ourselves for love. The emotional blocks that we experience are often from other lifetimes, and we are being cleared.

The energy that we are experiencing as emotion is essentially karma - not in the old sense, but in the sense that the energy we haven't dealt with properly is returning to us at a rapid rate. We have to work through it. We have to learn to open our hearts. These emotional rollercoasters are really the catalyst to do this. When we learn to open our hearts, we release fear.

We have to develop the awareness that we are larger than our emotions. We are larger than the emotions generated by the brain and ego. When we are feeling a very strong emotion, we need to realize that what we do in the moment is crucial. It is the key to our ascension.

There are only two choices. We can choose love or fear. In the moment that we choose an emotion, each choice

will seem equally valid. We have to develop the perception that we have the awareness to choose. If a situation doesn't work the way we thought it should, we can either become disappointed and hurt, or we can say, "The world is in perfect order. It will all work out."

When we choose love and acceptance - including self-love and self-acceptance - we make quantum leaps in our consciousness. When we make this choice to rise above the situation or emotion, the world often changes the situation in response to our choice. These are little miracles that happen to everyone.

Ascension is also about perception, about how we perceive our reality. We can choose to validate ourselves or tear ourselves down. We have to keep choosing the love; it's all about love.

Fear has served us very well in the past. It has protected us. But we no longer need it. We have to let go of attachment to outcome - the fear that the outcome will not be what we want. When we release that fear, we move back into the center and move into love.

The more of us who learn how to let go of attachment by controlling the consciousness and coming into who we really are, the more quickly the ascension process will take place. We are literally holding a place for others to make the shift. In other words, as we make the shift ourselves, it becomes possible for others to entrain with us.

I really do believe that we are shifting consciousness at a global level as we do this. Imagine that you fill a room with clocks, and eventually, they all become

synchronized. This is entrainment. For each of us who can clear our emotions, we are making it easier for everyone else to do so. We create a point of reference in dimensionality for others to find on their path.

As soon as you can transfer your energy from fear to love, there is an almost immediate response. The energy returns very quickly in this dimension, and it's obvious when people are accomplishing this. They become happier and look younger. The body reflects the consciousness shift.

Ascension Will Bring Full Consciousness

Realize that as you travel the path to Ascension so you will raise your consciousness, and your whole concept and

As time progresses you will change from one of limited knowledge to a Galactic Being of full consciousness. Then you will be the Master that you really are, and release your

full potential. There will be little or no comparison to the Being you are now of limited consciousness.

After thousands of years slowly finding your way back through enlightenment, you are about to launch yourselves on a journey of immense meaning and opportunity. It is as

though you have only just left the kindergarten, and are seeing for the first time the world outside.

There are wonders and amazing experiences awaiting you, and once you learn more about them we know that you will never look back at this time. Your experiences in duality will have proved beneficial, and you will never need to walk that
