CSR activities by Asian Paints: (Education) Importance of education as a powerful means to
reduce poverty and social inequality Committed to promoting access to quality education

CSR activities by Asian Paints: (Vocational Training) Committed to providing vocational training to
improve skills in the unorganized sector Asian Paints Colour Academy equipped with modern
facilities, provides vocational training to unskilled youth on basic and specialized painting techniques to enable them earn a decent living
Providing vocational and skill based training to painters, applicators, carpenters and workers, to enhance their employability and improve their livelihoods
Partnered with National Skills Development Corporation to provide technical know-how, prepare training content and deliver training modules
CSR activities by Asian Paints: (Healthcare) Deliver facilities to communities and other
sections of society in form of primary health care support through diagnosis and treatments, promoting preventive healthcare, building awareness about sanitation and providing monetary support, setting up and managing rehabilitation centers, medical camps, creating awareness through various programs, etc.
This is done by- Primary healthcare support Free medical camps for rural communities Setting up of rehabilitation centres

Partnership with the NGO HelpAge India, Asian Paints spearheaded the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU), which involves moving dispensary manned by a qualied doctor, pharmacist and a social worker. Medicines and diagnostic tools are dispensed in rural villages that lack access to basic healthcare facilities
CSR activities by Asian Paints: (Water Conservation) Providing support and infrastructure at each stage of water
conservation, water preservation, water re-charge and waste water treatment
Optimize water consumption by implementing range of water conservation projects, waste water treatment, reusing process water and water recharging initiatives at all manufacturing facilities
This is done by- Awareness on water conservation in schools and nearby
villages Installation of roof top rainwater harvesting and recharge
systems in village communities and schools Promoting integrated watershed development in areas
around manufacturing locations Water recharge through de-silting of lakes
Partnered with FORCE, an NGO, to implement urban rainwater harvesting solutions and build water recharging structures in and around Kasna
Partnered with International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics on an integrated watershed management project in six villages around Patancheru plant.

Asian Paints has taken many great initiatives that has benefited the society at large by means of Corporate Social Responsibility
