It is hereby declared and agreed that this Policy will automatically extend to cover any new partner(s) or legal assistant(s) of the Insured during the Period of Insurance. It is also agreed that this Policy will automatically delete any partner(s) or legal assistant(s) that ceased to be partner or legal assistant of the Insured during the Period ofInsurance.

All other Policy terms and conditions remain unchanged.

EL-06 AUTOMATIC INCLUSION AND DELETION OF PARTNER(S) AND LEGAL ASSISTANT(S)

It is hereby noted and agreed that the Policy is extended to cover any claim arising from a Cyber Wrongful Act.

Cyber Wrongful Act means any actual or alleged act, error or omission committed solely in the performance of or failure to perform legal practice as a result of a Cyber Event.

For the purpose of this endorsement, Cyber Event means an intrusion into the Insured's computer system which results in unauthorized access or use of the Insured's computersystem or unauthorized modification, destruction, deletion, transmission or copying of electronic data or software or consumption of computer resources, including denial ofservice attacks.

The sublimit for this extension is 25% of Limit of Indemnity or RM1,000,000 per Period of Insurance whichever is lower. The Company will only pay such amounts, in excess ofthe Underlying Policy's Limit of Indemnity (Firm's Mandatory Limit). The sub limit of this extension forms part of and is not in addition to the Limit of Indemnity. In the event thatsuch claim(s) is/are not covered under the Underlying Policy, this Policy will in no way drop down to cover for such claim(s).

All other terms and conditions remain unaltered.

EL-10 CYBER EVENT AFFIRMATIVE COVER ENDORSEMENT (SUB-LIMIT)

The Company shall not be deemed to provide cover and shall not be liable to pay any claim or provide any benefit hereunder to the extent that the provision of such cover,payment of such loss or claim or provision of such benefit would expose the Company to any sanction, prohibition or restriction under United Nations resolutions or the trade oreconomic sanctions, laws or regulations of the European Union, United States of America and/or any other applicable national economic or trade sanction law or regulations.

Iran ClauseThis policy does not provide any cover, and does not include any liability to pay any claim or provide any benefit hereunder in respect of any risk related to Iran.

LOC SANCTION LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION CLAUSE (LMA3100)

It is hereby declared and agreed that the Policy is extended to cover the following:Compensation for Court AttendanceThe Company will pay for any Sole Proprietor, Partner, Legal Assistant or other employee who has been required to attend or actually attends a court or an arbitration or anadjudication hearing as a witness in connection with a Claim notified under and covered by this Policy, the following rates per day:(i) RM 500 per Sole Proprietor/Partner(ii) RM 300 per Legal Assistant/Employee(iii)RM 50,000 in the aggregateIt is further declared and agreed that RM50,000 in the aggregate is form part of and not in addition to the Limit of Indemnity of the Policy. No Excess/Deductible shall apply to this extension.All other terms and conditions remain unaltered.

PI-52 COMPENSATION FOR COURT ATTENDANCE

It is warranted that there is no known claims and/or circumstances, allegation or incidents that are likely to give rise to a claim prior to the inception of the policy.

MISC-02 CLAIMS WARRANTY

It is a fundamental and absolute special condition of this contract of insurance that the premium due must be paid and received by the Company within sixty (60) days from theinception date of this policy/ endorsement/renewal certificate. If this condition is not complied with then this contract is automatically cancelled and the Company shall be entitledto the pro rata premium for the period they have been on risk. Where the premium payable pursuant to this warranty is received by an authorised agent of the Company, thepayment shall be deemed to be received by the Company for the purposes of this warranty and the onus of proving that the premium payable was received by a person,including an insurance agent, who was not authorised to receive such premium shall lie on the Company.

Subject otherwise to the terms and conditions of this policy.

1. It is hereby declared and agreed that this policy is extended to cover the following;- (a) Misconduct (Dishonesty of Partners and Employees) Sub Limit : RM500,000/- any one claim and in the aggregate and drops down to the Underlying mandatory sub limit for Misconduct of RM350,000/- any one claim and in the aggregate (subject to mandatory limit, whichever is lower) (b) Loss of Documents (c) Libel and Slander

2. It is warranted that there must be at least one residential lawyer in attendance in the respective offices/branches.

3. It is warranted that there is no known claims and/or circumstances, allegation or incidents that are likely to give rise to a claim prior to the inception of the policy.
