Disney Resort LineThis monorail system is convenient for getting around the Resort.For transportation from JR Maihama Station to Tokyo DisneySea or Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta, please utilize the Disney Resort Line from Resort Gateway Station.
◆Elevators are available at each station.◆There is a gap of 5 cm and about 3 cm difference in height between the platform and the monorail.◆Please see a Cast Member to use a portable slope.◆There are wheelchair spaces available in the 3rd and 4th cars of the monorail. ◆Disney Resort Line monorail trains have Priority Seats.
Wheelchairs can be rented (for a fee) at the Stroller & Wheelchair Rentals counter inside the Parks.- Rentals may not be available depending on weather conditions, etc.

Please note that for safety reasons, restaurants at Tokyo DisneySea does not sell or serve alcoholic beverages to Guests operating a motorized wheelchair inside the Park.
Mobility Service Dogs, Hearing Dogs and Guide Dogs under the Law Concerning Assistance Dogs for the Disabled are permitted to enter the Parks. Guests must bring their official Assistance Dog identification document and their dog must wear the proper identifications as required by Japanese law. Before experiencing an attraction, please be sure to contact a Cast Member. Please note that you may not leave your Assistance Dog with the Cast Members. To experience an attraction that cannot accommodate Assistance Dogs, please have a member of your party wait with your dog outside of the attraction.
Guest ParkingParking sections for Guests with disabilities are available at the Tokyo Disney Resort Guest Parking areas. If you need parking spaces which are wider or located near the Park entrance, please ask a Cast Member at the Guest Parking toll gate.
Restaurants & ShopsGuests may enter all merchandise and food facilities with their Assistance Dog.
Relief Area for Assistance DogsPlease contact a Cast Member regarding the designated area for the Assistance Dog to relieve itself.

Services are available for Guests with special needs due to a disability (including temporary disabilities). These ser-vices are provided to alleviate some of the challenges that Guests with disabilities may have in the Parks. Eligibility and contents differ depending on the service.Please note that Guest Assistance Cards are no longer available at the Parks.
Each member of your party requiring assistance must register in order to use this service.Registration for Disability Access Service can be made at locations where this service is offered, Main Street House at Tokyo Disneyland, or Guest Relations at Tokyo DisneySea.Please present a disability certificate along with all of your party’s Park tickets.
Please present the Park ticket used to register for the Disability Access Service to the Cast Member at the attraction or Disney Character greeting location.Guests who have difficulty standing in line for a long period will be able to wait at a separate area, along with thier party, instead of in the queue until the designated time (you may not be able to experience the shows or presenta-tions at the queue area).You will not be able to experience another attraction or Disney Character greeting while using this service.
- Your picture will be taken for verification during registration.
- This service is not intended to shorten your wait time at an attraction or a Disney Character greeting location.- Depending on the degree of assistance needed or specific conditions at an attraction, your wait time may be longer than that of the Guests
standing in line.
Please present all your party’s Park tickets to the Cast Member at an attraction or a Disney Character greeting location.
Guests who have difficulty standing in line for a long period will be able to wait at a separate area instead of in the
queue until the designated time (you may not be able to experience the shows or presentations at the queue area).
All other members of your party are requested to remain in line. You will be able to rejoin your party at the boarding
or greeting area.
You will not be able to experience another attraction or Disney Character greeting while using this service.
- This service is not intended to shorten your wait time at an attraction or a Disney Character greeting location.- Guests will not be able to experience an attraction if they do not meet the boarding requirements.

- Guests will not be able to experience an attraction if they do not meet the boarding requirements.- At an attraction, this service is valid for up to six persons (yourself and five members of your party). At a Disney Character greeting loca-
tion, this service is valid for up to ten persons (yourself and nine members of your party). If the number of persons in your party is more than six or ten respectively, the excluded persons may be asked to wait in line and meet you at the boarding or greeting area.

Stationary maps detailing the layout of all Park facilities through tactile information are available at the following locations:
Scale ModelsScale models of the Disney characters and the attractions are available at Tokyo Disney Resort. At Main Street House in Tokyo Disneyland or at Guest Relations in Tokyo DisneySea, Guests may request to touch and handle the models to get an idea of what the Disney characters look like, the shape of attraction seats, and special features of the attractions. Guests may ask to handle the models at the attractions as well.

Only Guests with dietary limitations may bring their meals into the restaurants. For Guests who have dietary limitations, certain restaurants (see charts below) have microwave ovens and other equipment for Guest use. If you wish to use the equipment, please contact a Cast Member at the restaurant. Vegetarian meals and a “Special Dietary Menu” that does not contain the five major allergens are also available.
