Aim: To increase the number of people accessing and engaging in the arts, increase the uptake of new digital technologies for artistic and business growth, embed the arts within the new Public Service Broadcasting/Content ecology and to conduct a three-year programme of research.
Delivery: Through three strands, each containing A number of projects alongside regional initiatives.
