ChrIstopher Manoe is a U.K based Creative & writer. His work spans Art Direction/Dance and he works extensively as writer/producer. As a creator of shows, film, dance events and entertainment solutions, Christopher celebrates 20 years in the industry in 2018, with a unique style, that explores pop culture, the futurist movement and the iconic.

He has trained in the medium of VR & AR, and his current dance film projects reflect the embrace of this rapidly evolving medium and the disciplines thereof. In 2017, he created and conceived an innovative dance piece for world leaders in the lighting industry, ROBE, at their specially built installation in Germany.

Chris used the marriage of dance and movement to interact with technology and showcase their incredible cutting edge products for these world renowned Lighting design specialists. After another acclaimed German show in 2018, He has now been welcomed as a member of the ROBE creative team, creating a trilogy of forthcoming shows in London, Las Vegas & Frankfurt.

In 2002, he embarked on building the ground breaking creative agencies, Dancers Inc., Agency105 & Singers Inc. In 2016, Agency105 was named ‘Best Creative Agency - London’. Dancers Inc. is the UK’s No. 1 commercial dance agency. The agencies have proven to become mainstay trail blazers and are applauded for their international high profile portfolio work with celebrities such as: Madonna, Elton John, Little Mix, Take That, Kylie, Pink, Janet Jackson, Goldfrapp, Justin Timberlake, Pharrell, Michael Buble, Black eyed Peas, Little Mix, Cheryl Cole, Pet Shop Boys, Meatloaf, Robbie Williams, & ‘The X Factor’, ‘Britain’s Got Talent’, 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games to name but a few.

Event clients have included: Jaguar Land Rover, Robe, Saks, MasterCard, Royal Bank of Scotland, HTC Mobile, Alliance & Leicester, IBM Nordic, Canon, L’Oreal, Marks & Spencer, Virgin, Stella McCartney, Nokia, Argent, Goldwell, GHD, Universal Pictures, BBC Worldwide, Superdrug, Boots & many more.

In 2015, Christopher was director of UK National Tour of ‘Judy - The Songbook of Judy Garland’ featuring the legends daughter, Lorna Luft. The only show ever officially sanctioned by the estate of Judy Garland. He worked alongside renowned director/ choreographer, Arlene Phillips OBE, Invoking the choreography of the MGM classic era.

Additionally, Christopher has written, directed and conceived two West End Shows including the sell out dance spectacular ‘Revolution’ that starred Adam Garcia.

In contrast he wrote and directed the straight play ‘The Pretender Agenda’ @ The Charing Cross Theatre, and received 5 star critical acclaim for his collection of monologues ‘Solitary Confinement’. He also conceived, directed & produced the dark vaudeville dance/music piece, ‘MMXI - Live’ @ Sadlers Wells in 2011.

Chris produced and was creative consultant for the renowned Fashion Theatre at ‘Clothes Show Live’ for 3 years. In collaboration, he also produced ‘The Dance Show’ for two years, also at Birmingham NEC, incorporating the ‘Young Dancer of the Year’ awards.

He produced & directed several No. 1 selling dance fitness DVDs for Universal Pictures, including music brand ‘Clubland’ & ‘Five Step Fat Attack’ with Steps star, Claire Richards.

He recently directed ‘Eon Electricity’s’ new TV ad campaign for 2018.

As casting director, he has cast: ‘Oh What a Night’ (UK National Tour), ‘The War of The Worlds’ (All UK Tours since 2005), ‘That’s Amore’ UK National Tour, ‘Judy’ UK National Tour, Pet Shop Boys (World Tour) ‘Seasons of Love’ (West End Premiere 2016), ‘Marks & Spencers -Christmas Advertising Campaign’ 2011.

He created the brand new dance film ‘The Arc of Nirvana’ In 2017, which is due for release in 2018.

He has just recently created the 60min documentary ‘Dear Larissa’ & the accompanying short film ‘Larissa’, due for release in 2018.

Christopher was honoured to be personally inducted by one of his heroes, Sir Paul McCartney, as a companion to The Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts in 2016.
