Section VILiberty of Abode and Travel
Liberty of Abode and Travel maybe impaired by the
following:
1. Persons, fugitives, involved to some issues are not
allowed to get out of the country.
2. In terms of security and public health, law may
prohibit diseased from getting outside its isolation to
protect the public health.

Section VII
Right of the people to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized.

Section VIII
The right of the people to form unions, associations, or societies not contrary to the law.
Section IX
Private property shall not be taken for public use without just compensation.

Just Compensation
The amount that is fair to both the owner
and the government when property is
appropriated for public use
through Eminent Domain.
Conditions:
1.Existence of public use.
2.Payment of just compensation
3.Observance of due process of law in the taking
of such property.
