Astrological Analyses of

Transit Jupiters Impact on

Natives Jupiter Mahadasa



Introduction

In this article, I will be emphasizing the birth charts of few natives, for whom the

Jupiter Mahadasa is running between June 2013 and June 2014.

Transit Jupiter will be entering Gemini (Owner is Mercury an Enemy) on 1st

June 2013 and will be there until 19th June 2014. Also, its 5th aspect is on Libra

where Saturn and Rahu will be residing.

According to JHora software, with New Delhi as the geographical reference

place, on 1-June-2013 around 00:30hrs, Jupiter will be in Gemini with 0

degrees and 10 minutes inclination.

To those natives who are under Jupiter Mahadasa will surely see some hurdles

in their lives.

The intensity depends upon the strength of the planet and its lordship and

residence.



If the native is unmarried female, then during the above said period, the hurdles

can be sensed if planning to get married.

If the native is a student and pursuing higher/advanced education, the hurdles

can be sensed in their educational career.

The above are general characteristics; it may vary depending upon the birth

charts.

Along with Natal Jupiter, Transit Jupiter and Jupiter Cycle are also analyzed.

Planetary positions do lay foundation to the event that is supposed to happen. They even

send some signals in advance. They even show the path for the event to happen by

providing opportunities. If the native doesnot sense it of ignores it, during that period,

the chances for the event to happen will be close to zero.

Please note that I am presenting this article specifically using Vedic Astrology principles.



Transit Jupiter Details

The below chart depicts the lordship and houses aspected by Transit Jupiter for

all the 12 Ascendants (Lagnas).



Even though there are only 30 degrees in each Zodiac sign, in one full year, transit

Jupiter will be passing thru different inclinations. For some time the inclination

increases, then decrease few degrees and then starts increasing again.

This is similar to perturbation. Perturbation (astronomy) is defined as,

alterations to an object's orbit e.g. caused by gravitational interactions

with other bodies.

Depending on the Transit Jupiters inclination, the Lord of Kakshya changes.

The below chart depicts the inter-relation with Kakshya Lord and the house it

owns for the Zodiac Sign Aries (Mesha). Similar charts are created for the other

11 Zodiac Signs for analysis.



Birth Chart Analysis

When I posted in facebook, my intention to do some analysis on birth charts

for whom the Jupiter Mahadasa is current, I am thankful to all those who

responded immediately.

After thoroughly analyzing the birth chart, I decided to include my detailed

analysis on those for whom the changes (either positive or negative) are easily

noticeable during this period. For the remaining birth charts, I gave a

summarized analysis.

The below chart depicts the role of Natal and Transit Jupiter in natives birth chart.

For female natives, I considered all charts; most of them are unmarried as of

this date.

Since there were more male birth charts, I randomly picked and provided

my detailed analysis. For others, I just provided my summary.



CASE #1: JTR-F1



Planet JUPITER (GURUDU) is in : 5 House from Lagna. Its Zodiac Sign is: 10 --- Makara (Capricorn). Owner is: Saturn ---

An Enemy to House Owner

Planet's General Characteristics in this House is : Jupiter in the fifth house shows that the planet plays an important part shaping

an ability to proceed through life very much on the strength of your character. You are apt to live a privileged life, which you are

able to accept as your rightful due. You have much good fortune, and you enjoy yourself as a result of this planet, known as the

greater benefic. While life is essentially an enjoyment for you, Jupiter is also a planet with a higher purpose, and you are apt to

feel an inner drive for personal expression and the need to make a contribution to society. Jupiter in the fifth house often produces

success in teaching, politics, the ministry, or in the entertainment business. Often, this placement denotes a rather large family or a

significant association with children.

Natal Jupiter is a natural malefic but became a functional benefic since it is the lord of

4th and 7th houses.

Natal Jupiter is residing in 5th house, house owned by Saturn. Its 5th aspect is on 9th

house where Moon is residing and 9th aspect is on Lagna.

Until June 2013, Transit Jupiter will be touching the natal 9th house. Still the native is

unmarried as of May 2013.



Natal Saturn is in 3rd house and its 7th aspect is on 9th house.

Transit Saturn and Rahu are passing thru Natal 2nd house and directly aspecting natal

Rahu in Mesha.

In June 2013, transit Jupiter will be passing thru 10th house on natal chart. Since transit

Jupiters 5th aspect is on Transit Saturn, the chances for the native to get married

during this period is slim.

The current Vimsottari Dasa is Jupiter/Saturn which began in 2013-April and ends in 2015-Nov.

According to Kalachakra Rashi Dasa, the major period is Taurus which is the 9th house where

Moon is residing and both Saturn and Jupiter are aspecting. The sub-period Scorpio started in

2012-Nov and will be there until 2014-Feb. Then the Pisces sub-period begins and lasts until

2016-Jan. Jupiter is the lord of Pisces and Pisces is the 7th house. Hence, there is a slim chance

for the native to get married after 2014-Feb.

According to Kalachakra Planetary Dasa, Venus period is until 2018-dec-25. Venus lord of 9th

and 2nd houses is in 4th house cojoined with Sun and the house owner is Jupiter. Venus is

aspecting the 10th house where transit Jupiter is passing by. Hence, there is a slim chance for

the native to get married between 2013-June and 2014-June.



According to Bhrigu Chakra Padathi, during the transit Jupiter period, the cycle ruler is Venus

and it impacts the 4th and 5th houses. Natal Jupiter is lord of 4th house and Venus, Sun are

residing there and having a direct aspect to transit Jupiter. Natal Jupiter is residing in 5th house

and Saturn is the Owner. Hence, there is a slim chance for the native to get married between

2013-June and 2014-June.

According to Dasapathi & Antardasapathi calculations, Venus Mahadasa begins 2013-March.

The Venus/Venus antardasapathi starts in 2013-March and ends in 2013-Oct. Venus lord of 9th

and 2nd houses is in 4th house cojoined with Sun and the house owner is Jupiter. Venus is

aspecting the 10th house where transit Jupiter is passing by. Hence, there is a slim chance for

the native to get married between 2013-June and 2013-October.

According to Jupiter Cycle, during the transit period, the Jupiter will be in THIRD Cycle.

Even the Jupiter cycle is NOT supporting the possibility of marriage before 2013-12-25.

Thus the influence of both Transit Saturn and natal Saturn on Jupiter clearly depicts that

there will be delay in marriage at least until end of 2015, if the slim chances are ignored.



CASE #2: JTR-F2

Since the native is just 14 years old, the positive and negative effects of the planet on her

birthchart will be shown on her parents. Any financial gains will be reflected on father

(head-of-the-family).

For this native, Jupiter a Maleific is lord of 3rd and 6th houses is in its OWN house, cojoined with

Sun (lord of 11th house). Sun is a friend of Jupiter here. Also, natal Jupiter is aspecting 10th

house where Rahu is residing, 12th house (owned by Mercury ) and 2nd house (owned by Mars).

Transit Jupiter is residing in 9th (Labha-stanam) house and aspecting Moon (lord of 10th house)

and Mars (lord of 2nd house). While Moon is a malefic, Mars is a neutral here. Unfortunately,

transit Saturn+Rahu are also passing thru natives 1st house.



During Jupiters transit period, for this native, the Vimsottari dasa is Jupiter/Mars and

Jupiter/Rahu. While Mars is lord of 2nd house, the transit Jupiter passing thru Bhagya-stanam.

Hence, there is a slim chance for the natives father to gain some sort of financial advantage

during this period. The exact form of financial gain or loss need to be concluded after

analyzing the natives fathers birth chart.

Rahu is in 10th house (Pitr-stanam) which deals with foreign travel, financial status, place of

residence, performance of sacred and religious deeds. While Natal Jupiter aspecting 10th

house and the transit Jupiter passing thru Bhagya-stanam, the native father may have a short-

foreign travel or change in place of residence. Moon is the lord of 10th house and is in Libra

cojoined with Mars and touching transit Rahu+Saturn, and transit Saturn+Rahu aspecting

natal Saturn. Natal Saturn being the lord of 4th house, there is a possibility for the possibility

of some religious deeds in the house. The final conclusion can be done after analyzing the

natives fathers birth chart.



According to Bhrigu Chakra Padathi, during the transit Jupiter period, the cycle ruler is

Mercury. Mercury a benefic and Lord of 9th house. The impact of the natives 9th house will

be noticeable after 2014-April and before 2014-June.

According to Dasapathi & Antardasapathi calculations, Jupiter Mahadasa begins 2009-Aug and

ends in 2016-Aug. The two antardashas during this transit Jupiter period are:

1. Jupiter/Mercury =====> Starts on: 2013-2-8 and ends on: 2013-9-8

2. Jupiter/Moon =====> Starts on: 2013-9-8 and ends on: 2014-4-8

Mercury a benefic and Lord of 9th house. Moon is lord of 10th house (Pitru-sthan), is in 1st house

which is LIBRA. The impact of the 9th & 10th houses on natives father, will be noticeable

during transit Jupiter period.

According to Jupiter Cycle, during the transit period, the Jupiter will be in SECOND Cycle.


Even the Jupiter cycle is supporting the possibility of natives 9th house being activated.



CASE #3: JTR-F3



For this native, Natal Jupiter a BENEFIC is lord of 2nd and 5th houses is in 7th house, owned by

Venus. While its 5th aspect is on 11th house (Owned by Mercury - Malefic -- Exalted) where

Mercury is residing, 7th is on Lagna (Mars is the lord) and 9th is on 3rd house (Owned by Saturn).

Both Saturn and Mars are residing in houses owned by Jupiter.



For this native, Transit Jupiter is passing thru 8th house, aspecting Moon (lord of 9th house),

Saturn (lord of 3rd and 4th houses) and Rahu (house owned by Saturn).

Until June 2013, Transit Jupiter will be touching the natal 7th house. Still the native is unmarried

as of May 2013.

Transit Saturn and Rahu are passing thru Natal 12th house.

In June 2013, transit Jupiter will be passing thru 8th house on natal chart. Since transit Jupiters

5th aspect is on Transit Saturn, and Natal Saturn residing in 2nd house, the chances for the

native to get married during Jupiter/Saturn period is slim.

The chances for the native to get married during Jupiter/Mercury period (which ends in

2016-April) is slim, because Natal Mercury is a Malefic Exalted.



According to Kalachakra Rashi Dasa, the major period is Capricorn which is the 3rd house and

Saturn is the Owner. The antardasas of Aquarius and Pisces will be completed during this

transit Jupiter period. Natal Saturn is in 2nd house, aspecting 4th house, 8th house (where

Transit Jupiter is passing by) and 11th house where Mercury is residing. Hence, the chances for

the native to get married during transit Jupiter period is slim.

According to Kalachakra Planetary Dasa, Jupiter Dasa begins on: 2011-9-14 and ends on:

2021-9-14. Jupiter a benefic is lord of 5th and 2nd houses is in 7th house. Hence, the chances for

the native to get married during transit Jupiter period is GOOD.



According to Bhrigu Chakra Padathi, during the transit Jupiter period, the cycle ruler is Venus.

Venus a Malefic and Lord of 7th and 12th houses is in 9th (Dharma-stanam). Also, during this

period, the cycle ruler will be impacting the 1st and 2nd houses. Hence, the chances for the

native to get married during transit Jupiter period is slim.

According to Dasapathi & Antardasapathi calculations, Mercury Balance Period starts on: 2013-

4-23 and ends on : 2020-4-23, the period exactly coincides with transit Jupiter.

Natal Mercury is a Malefic and Exalted. The two antardashas during this transit period are:

Even the Jupiter cycle is indicating a possibility for the native to get married before 2013-

CASE #4: JTR-F4



Planet JUPITER (GURUDU) is in : 6 House from Lagna. Its Zodiac Sign is: 3 --- Mithuna (Gemini.

Planet's General Characteristics in this House is : Jupiter in the sixth house shows that the planet plays an important part shaping

in the work environment. You are one who can be counted upon to provide assistance and service to others. You raise the morale

of those with whom you work, and you are looked on as the person to resolve issues and inspire cooperation. A friendly, human

touch allows you to be successful in the field of personnel management or working with the public at large.

The most amazing part in this birth chart is that both Natal and transit Jupiter are in Gemini.

Hence whatever the Natal Jupiter (Retro) produces transit Jupiter will at least produce the

same results. Jupiter lord of 3rd and 12th houses is residing in 6th house owned by Mercury (an

enemy). Sun (lord of 8th house), Venus (lord of 5th and 10th houses) and Mercury (lord of 6th

and 9th) are all in 12th house. Jupiters 9th aspect is on 2nd house (owned by Saturn).

Until June 2013, Transit Jupiter will be touching the natal 5th house. Still the native is

unmarried as of May 2013.



Transit Saturn and Rahu are passing thru Natal 10th house.

Based on Moon Chart, Native is having KUJA DOSHA, since Mars is

in 7th house from Moon and Mars is residing in house owned by

Moon.

The Vimsottari Jupiter (Malefic) mahadasa began in May-2013. In June 2013, transit Jupiter will

be passing thru 6th house on natal chart. Since transit Jupiter is touching the Malefic Natal

According to Kalachakra Planetary Dasa, Venus Dasa begins on: 2013-1-10 and ends on:

2029-1-10 . Venus a benefic is lord of 5th and 10th houses is in 12th house (which also deals with

Pleasures of Bed). Hence, the chances for the native to get married during transit Jupiter

period is HIGH.

philosophy, writing, publishing and communication. You are very fortunate in the educational opportunities that you receive early

on. Your relationship with your brothers and sisters, and other relatives is very good, and beneficial to you long term.

Natal Jupiter (Malefic ) is lord of 3rd and 12th houses, residing in its OWN house,

and cojoined with Rahu. Natal Jupiters 9th aspect is on 11th house where Sun

(lord of 8th house), Venus (lord of 5th and 10th houses) and Saturn (lord of 1st and

2nd houses).

Transit Jupiter is residing in 6th house, and its 9th aspect is on the 2nd house.

Native got married before the end of 2011. Since Jupiter is the karaka for

children, the possibility for children is analyzed.



The Kshetra for this native is Pisces (12th house) which is even. Jupiter is the

owner of this house and is residing in this house too. Since Rahu is in Kshetra

zodiac sign in Rashi chart , the probability of conception is very low.
