Conan Doyle was a Scottish doctor and writer.
He was famous because the stories of Sherlock Holmes.

He studied medicine at Edinburgh University.
While studying, Conan Doyle began writing short stories.
He moved to London where he worked as an ophthalmologist.
His novels of Sherlock Holmes were very popular at the time.
Conan Doyle got treatment of Sir as Knight of the British Empire.
He had friendship with the magician Harry Houdini.
