ARTEMIS ARCHERS OPEN SHOOT 26 th October 2014 Firstly a huge apology for the medals, on our previous 2 open shoots we gave medals for 1,2 +3 places as is typical, this one I did not. Rest assured I guarantee this mental lapse will not happen again and anybody who should have had a medal has one with me and I am trying to get them to the rightful owner. That said, a lovely autumn day was in store for us all, better than previous years We had sourced a few more target faces never seen before (we like to try to introduce variety when we can) and with 4 groups designing the course we hoped you were kept on your toes. Catering was as usual excellent, pulled pork was particularly moreish. Admin and marshalling were excellent as always and at hand to keep on top of things. One of the many interesting/ memorable shots was the Flying owl (for a short video see this you tube link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXW0RXfu_Qk – corbarwolf2 ) Photos courtesy of John Straw
