• ARP is conveniently nested in a major road network which makes it strategic.
• ARP is one of the less densed projects within the area with only 286
units/ha. It may not be the least densed, but it offers a relatively higher parking ratio, many amenities, and lower pricing.
• While ARP is tightly competing with well-known developers such as
Avida Land, SMDC, and Filinvest Land, it still manages to pick-up on sales with its Vincere building that is selling almost 100 per month from launch date.
• Among all competitors, ARP’s inventory is the most sold to date
regardless of numerous RFO units available from competitors. This shows the demand for the quality products of DMCI Homes.
