SDC West Disaster Recovery Features & Benefits

Customer data will be replicated to SDC West

Periodic failover & disaster recovery testing to be performed in Little Rock. No out of state travel necessary

Co-location services to lease space for IT systems is availble at SDC West

SDC West is available for multiple levels of disaster backup/recovery services to new and existing customers

Multiple Levels of Backup/Recovery

1. Hot SiteKeep servers and a live backup site operational in the event of a disaster. Enables replication of your production environment at SDC West. Allows immediate cutover in case of a disaster at the primary site.

2. Warm SitePre-install hardware, pre-configure bandwidth needs. If the event of a disaster, load software and data to conduct system restoration.

3. Cold SiteData center space, power, and network connectivity ready to go if/when the need arises. In the event of a disaster, on site personnel will assist with moving hardware into SDC West and assist with system restoration.

Cloud services are available at SDC West. We operate the equipment and you pay for what you use.
